好怕怕 “阴滋病”“现代启示录”

你如果与高危人群发生过性关系，然后感到身体有种种不适，阴影一直挥之不去，不免就有各种担忧和困扰相伴相随：我是否得了艾滋病？
有一批人，怀疑感染了艾滋病，反复做HIV抗体检测，结果却一再呈现阴性——这说明“没事”。但他们却好怕怕，坚疑自己得病，且受“未知病毒”感染；即使艾滋病毒检测为阴性，也自称患有“阴滋病”。
就此，包括浙江在内的京沪粤等六省市，已开始流行病学调查。已采集的59个患者血液样本，已送美国检测。由于这些离奇病症的“患者”症状与艾滋病类似，是未知病毒还是“恐艾症”？专家意见也不一。
无论如何，卫生部门重视这个问题是对的。“加强重大传染病、慢性病、职业病、地方病和精神疾病的预防控制和规范管理”，这是中央政府明确提出的职责。从过往经验看，大多数人还真是“恐艾”而已。最好不是出现“类艾滋”病毒，人类还没有解决艾滋难题呢，若出现一个病毒新种、变种，那多麻烦。

设若这回真的查出什么新病毒，那得感谢这些“疾病担心族”。
我一向认为：觉得自己病了，就要大喊大叫！你可以对家人叫，可以与同事说，可以跟医生讲。你不把自己的不舒服说出来、叫出来、喊出来，那么，小病就可能悄悄酿成大病。任何疾病都是在萌芽状态被发现是最好的。你忍着一声不吭怎么行啊！感到自己生了病，大喊大叫绝对比闷声不响要好。及早表达自己身体的不适，这是对自己的负责，也是对家人的负责，更是对社会的负责。可能有时叫过头了，最终证明没有病，那也是好事。现实中，我总是反复对亲友尤其父母辈们说：身体不舒服一定要说，一定要“大喊大叫”！一年前我母亲及时发现食道癌并在浙医一院治疗痊愈，首先得益于这一理念的“贯彻实施”。如今这些感到自己得了“阴滋病”的人们，他们的“大喊大叫”没有错，这样才能引起社会性的重视。
