艾滋病人要手术，科室负责人主刀

楚天都市报讯 （记者严珑 通讯员涂晓晨 祁虹 高翔）全力抢救的患者HIV初筛为阳性，4名医务人员遭遇艾滋病感染虚惊，武汉协和医院心外科日前接诊的这名患者被证实为“假阳性”（详见本报昨日A20版报道）。实际上在4年前，该科室曾为一名“真阳性”患者做过手术。
据了解，当时一名30多岁的男性心脏病患者入住该院，经检查为心脏肿瘤，且病情严重必须尽快手术。然而术前HIV筛查发现，该名患者为艾滋病病毒感染者。
“为艾滋病患者手术，外科医生确实是冒有很大风险的。”据该院心外科主任董念国教授介绍，外科手术通常需要多名医生、护士配合，且时间非常紧张，意外被针扎或者被手术刀划伤难以避免，很可能因此被感染。此外，一些病人手术中溅起的血液，若碰到医生皮肤上的创面，也可能导致感染。
针对这一情况，该科室商议后决定，由时任科室主任的孙宗全教授和时任科室党支部书记的董念国教授一起完成手术。术中，两位医生戴上防护镜和双层手套，以防止患者血液贱到皮肤上。手术持续了两个多小时，术后患者身体恢复得很快，不久就出院了。
记者昨日从协和、中南、普爱等医院了解到，其中多家医院都曾接诊过艾滋病感染者，目前在不少医院已形成一个不成文的规定，那就是遇到这类风险手术时，由科室主要负责人和党员医生上台主刀。
武汉普爱医院有关负责人昨日表示，手术过程中虽然医务人员会谨慎小心，术后也会注意与其他病人隔开，但对艾滋病患者不会有任何歧视，且会严格保护其隐私。
