陕西去年170人死于传染病 艾滋病成“首凶”

省卫生厅昨日公布了2010年度全省法定报告传染病疫情：2010年1月1日零时至12月31日24时，全省无甲类传染病报告，乙类传染病报告发病19种79991例，报告发病率212.07/10万，报告死亡170例。
乙类报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为：病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒、出血热，占发病总数的94.57％。
死亡数居前5位的病种依次为：艾滋病、肺结核、出血热、狂犬病、病毒性肝炎，占死亡总数的91.76%。
病死率居前5位的病种依次为：狂犬病、艾滋病、疟疾、乙脑、出血热。
与2009年度相比，发病上升的病种是:麻疹、百日咳、出血热、艾滋病、梅毒、血吸虫病、淋病；发病下降的病种是：甲型H1N1流感、流脑、新生儿破伤风、布病、疟疾、乙脑、狂犬病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、猩红热、痢疾、伤寒和副伤寒。

Mortality rate among the top five of the diseases were: rabies, AIDS, malaria, encephalitis, haemorrhagic fever.
Compared with 2009, the rising incidence of diseases are: measles, whooping cough, hemorrhagic fever, AIDS, syphilis, schistosomiasis, gonorrhea; decline in disease incidence are: H1N1, meningitis, neonatal tetanus, cloth disease, malaria, encephalitis, rabies, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, scarlet fever, dysentery, typhoid and paratyphoid.
