浙江在线健康网9月15日讯(通讯员施水泉) 今天，杭州市疾病预防控制中心对外宣布信息，为了填补杭州市下沙经济开发区无艾滋病自愿咨询检测专业机构的空白，使家住在下沙区的城乡居民，足不出该区就能享受到免费咨询与检测艾滋病的服务，该中心艾滋病性病防治所决定于今年9月18日起，在该区设立免费的艾滋病咨询检测点，取名为爱心咨询检测点，定时定点为当地百姓服务。截止今日，杭州市艾滋病性病自愿咨询检测点已达到44个，分布于全市的15个区、县(市)、地区，已没有空白点。
据了解，下沙爱心咨询检测点设在下沙开发区3号路裕园公寓5号楼1楼(中国农业银行下沙分行旁边)，主要是为艾滋病高危人群免费提供艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝和丙肝等四个检测项目，前来参加检测者不需要空腹。同时，对艾滋病高危人群中检出的梅毒(早期)患者，将转介到杭州市第三医院继续享受免费治疗服务。
爱心咨询检测服务时间为每周六(国庆长假期间除外)下午14:00—17:00。
该中心还公布了艾滋病性病咨询电话0571-85158170，专业人员将在每周一至周五上班时间开通的咨询热线中，回答包括该地区在内的广大市民和高危人群有关艾滋病和性病防治的一切提问。
该中心艾滋病性病防制所副所长罗艳指出，可以负责任地告诉广大市民，杭州市疾控中心作为专业从事艾滋病防治的权威机构，已作出二项郑重承诺：
前来咨询检测的市民，其个人信息、隐私以及检测结果都将得到严格保密，决不会泄露给任何个人或机构；前来咨询检测的市民，所获得的所有咨询和检测服务项目都是完全免费的。
