中国正制订防艾控艾计划 2010投入达20亿中国新闻网

据卫生部网站消息，为减少新发艾滋病病毒感染，降低艾滋病病死率，提高艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的生活质量，中国正在制订2011年-2015年行动计划。中央财政对艾滋病防控经费的投入从2001年的1亿元，增加到2010年的20亿元。
8月11日上午，卫生部副部长尹力在卫生部会见了到访的联合国副秘书长、联合国艾滋病规划署执行主任米歇尔·西迪贝。
尹力介绍了中国艾滋病流行情况、防控工作进展以及下一步工作打算。他说，中国正在制订2011年-2015年行动计划，其总体目标是“减少新发艾滋病病毒感染，降低艾滋病病死率，提高艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的生活质量”，并且在“四免一关怀”政策基础上，研究新的防控举措。中央财政对艾滋病防控经费的投入从2001年的1亿元，增加到2010年的20亿元。
西迪贝赞赏中国取消艾滋病感染者旅行限制。他建议，中国应继续将高危人群的预防工作作为工作重点，发挥非政府组织作用，并进一步加强南南合作，帮助非洲国家开展艾滋病防控，为全球最终实现艾滋病无歧视、无新发感染、无相关死亡作出贡献。
会见后，西迪贝向尹力和国务院法制办教科文卫法制司副司长李敬鹉颁发了奖牌，表彰其在中国艾滋病防控工作中的贡献。（生物谷Bioon.com）
