“男男”传播艾滋令人忧虑 沧州疾控展开行为干预

燕赵都市网沧州电（通讯员李更生 记者李家伟）记者日前从沧州市疾控中心获悉，根据对沧州市艾滋病疫情的统计，截至今年6月30日，性接触、母婴、血液三种传播途径均有发现，经性途径传播的比例为95.7％，其中男男性接触传播所占的比例竟高达30％以上。沧州市疾控中心已采取多种手段进行行为干预。
据介绍，所谓“男男”，是“与男人有性关系的男人”的简称。据最新研究调查显示，中国约有500万男男同性恋者，他们感染艾滋病病毒的几率较一般人群高出45倍。通过2008年专业人员对中国61个城市的男性同性恋群体进行调查，发现平均有4.8%的同性恋者患有艾滋病，其中最高的一个城市高达18%。沧州市自2009年开展男男同性恋人群艾滋病感染状况调查以来，该市疾控中心在部分县（市、区）的密切配合下，认真开展男男同性恋人群的发现和干预工作，期间由河间疾控中心首次发现男男同性恋人群，开创了沧州市艾滋病男男同性恋人群高危行为干预工作的先河。青县、运河区、新华区疾控中心也相继发现该人群，并深入细致地开展了干预工作，取得了突破性的进展。为让更多的男男同性恋人群了解艾滋病相关知识，主动前来进行自愿咨询检测，沧州市疾控中心在相关县（市、区）和部分志愿者的协助下，举办了多次男男同性恋人群健康联谊会、男男同性恋人群艾滋病高危行为干预联谊会、男男同性恋人群艾滋病高危行为干预志愿者培训班等活动；又针对该市男男同性恋人群聚集场所多为公厕、浴池等场所，疾控中心每月都在市区多家洗浴中心、公厕及性保健品商店张贴“自愿咨询检测宣传画”，进行“健康伴你行”友情提示，公布艾滋病自愿咨询电话，摆放折页、扑克牌等宣传材料；又通过相关网站和志愿者组织，加大对该人群的宣传干预力度和HIV抗体检测力度。截至2010年6月30日，统计沧州市艾滋病疫情发现，性接触、母婴、血液三种传播途径均有发现，经性途径传播的比例为95.7％，其中男男性接触传播所占的比例竟高达30％以上，与国家艾滋病流行趋势基本吻合。
沧州市疾控中心有关专业人士表示，男性同性恋人群已成为最主要的艾滋病高危人群，对其采取科学和有效的应对措施已成为整个社会的责任。由于受到社会、文化、伦理、道德等多方面因素的影响，使得男性同性恋人群总是处于隐蔽状态，再有其性行为普遍存在性伴侣多、随意性大、安全套使用率低等特点，给艾滋病防治工作带来极大难度；加之该人群为掩饰自己的同性恋倾向，许多同性恋者不得不与异性结婚，用组成家庭的形式来加以掩盖，但同时又不放弃同性性行为，这就很可能把艾滋病病毒传播给家人和其他普通人群，成为艾滋病传播隐患。这位人士说，当务之急是号召全社会共同参与艾滋病防治工作，加大宣传和干预力度，使更多的男男同性恋者自觉地避免高危性行为，既保护自己，也保护他人，遏制艾滋病流行蔓延。
