- 我国自主知识产权艾滋病疫苗计划获进展

- 在上海举行的第五次中国科协论坛中国艾滋病疫苗高层论坛上，中国艾滋病疫苗联盟执行委员会主席、中国疾病预防控制中心艾滋病首席专家邵一鸣教授透露，在国家科技重大专项支持下，具有我国自主知识产权的艾滋病疫苗计划取得了进展，各项目按计划完成了研究任务。
- 邵一鸣教授领衔的团队汇集了我国艾滋病疫苗研究领域的10余家研究所、高校和疫苗企业的研究人员，其研制的DNA-天坛痘苗复合型艾滋病疫苗已完成Ⅰb期临床试验，在人体观察到良好的安全性和预期的特异性免疫应答。目前他们已完成Ⅱ期临床试验疫苗的GMP生产，并将于近期向国家食品药品监督管理局提出开展试验的申请。
- 中国疾病预防控制中心曾毅院士所带领的研发团队在治疗性艾滋病疫苗方面也取得了重要进展，已向国家食品药品监督管理局提出开展Ⅰ期临床试验的申请。中国医学科学院艾滋病研究中心张林奇教授领衔的团队利用改进的天坛痘苗病毒载体和腺病毒载体发展的猴艾滋病病毒疫苗也取得了最新进展。
- 据悉，在灵长类动物实验中，这两种候选疫苗联合免疫可有效控制致病性的猴艾滋病病毒经黏膜途径攻毒后在猴体内的复制，为设计新的艾滋病疫苗提供了重要借鉴。吉林大学孔维教授和他所带领的团队着力于创新型艾滋病疫苗的设想与研发，在临床前研究中也取得了进展;团队在其他计划支持下，正在开展DNA/MAV载体艾滋病疫苗的Ⅱ期临床试验。
