艾滋病致孤儿童有望每月领600元

法制日报郑州5月27日电 记者刘姝宏 记者今天从有关方面获悉，国家即将对所有孤儿给予制度性福利补贴，每月将达到600元，这项政策包括了所有艾滋病致孤儿童。
据河南省民政厅社会福利和慈善事业促进处处长许明成介绍，在对艾滋病致孤儿童的生活救助方面，目前河南省规定每名孤儿每月可领取200元，高于对普通孤儿的救助标准。此次调整不仅将大幅度提高救助标准，还照顾到所有孤儿，使孤儿共享社会福利。
据了解，在艾滋病致孤儿童救助方面，河南省做了很多有益的探索，总结出三项救助方式和四种安置途径等经验，被称为“河南模式”。其中三项救助方式包括每月发放200元的生活救助，高中阶段每人每年800元的专项助学金等教育救助，基本医疗费全免等医疗救助。四种安置途径包括由亲属或邻居抚养孤儿的家庭寄养，由政府建福利机构对孤儿进行集中养育的机构养育，由政府设立模拟家庭、模拟父母的模拟家庭养育，鼓励社会普通家庭收养孤儿的收养方式。艾滋病致孤兒童有望每月領600元
