楚天金报消息（记者高琛琛 通讯员周建跃、温红蕾）8日，湖北省卫生厅基本公共卫生服务均等化推进会召开，宣布年内湖北省孕产妇可享受艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝免费检测及相关补助。这是自2004年湖北省开展孕产妇免费检测艾滋病后，卫生部首次将梅毒、乙肝纳入预防母婴传播中央补助地方的项目范围。
我国乙肝病毒携带者为数不少，该病的主要传染途径之一就是母婴传播。近年来，艾滋、梅毒的发病率也有上升趋势，可通过母亲传染给婴儿。去年，湖北省共有55万孕产妇，母婴健康关乎国民素质。2004年起，湖北省实施的“四免一补”中，就开展了孕产妇免费检测艾滋病工作。为阻断母婴之间的传播率，保障妇儿健康，卫生部今年首次将梅毒、乙肝也纳入预防母婴传播中央补助地方的项目范围，湖北省将每年获得2438万元补助用于该项工作。
卫生厅妇幼保健与社区卫生处负责人介绍，该项目在年底启动后，湖北省103个县（市区）的各级医疗卫生机构将广泛开展健康教育和咨询指导工作；对所有孕妇孕早期给予免费艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的相关检测；对检测出的艾滋病感染孕产妇及所产婴儿给予免费的抗艾滋病病毒药物；对梅毒感染孕产妇给予安全的助产服务和规范治疗，对梅毒感染母亲所生儿童提供预防性治疗；对乙肝表面抗原阳性母亲所生新生儿在出生后24小时内给予注射乙肝免疫球蛋白等，提高母婴阻断率。预计在2011年，这三项的检测率将达70%。
