内蒙古10月自治区报告法定传染病8117例 死亡10例 10月山西省报告甲乙类传染病7495例

11月5日记者从自治区卫生厅了解到，10月1日零时~10月31日24时，全区甲、乙类法定报告传染病病例数8117例，较9月下降7.29%，较去年同期下降16.95%；死亡病例10例，较9月上升42.86%，较去年同期下降23.08%。
今年10月，全区甲类传染病无病例报告；乙类传染病报告的病种有乙肝、手足口病、肺结核、布病、梅毒、丙肝、痢疾、其他感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、猩红热、淋病、肝炎（未分型）、急性出血性结膜炎、流感、出血热、甲肝、包虫病、风疹、麻疹、戊肝、艾滋病、炭疽、狂犬病、斑疹伤寒、伤寒+副伤寒。报告发病数居前5位的病种为：乙肝、手足口病、肺结核、布病、梅毒。此外，2例艾滋病患者死亡，2例狂犬病患者死亡，2例肺结核患者死亡，1例梅毒患者死亡，1例炭疽患者死亡，1例乙肝患者死亡，1例丙肝患者死亡。
10月山西省报告甲乙类传染病7495例

10月，我省没有出现甲类传染病鼠疫和霍乱的病例报告；26种乙类传染病中，除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、登革热、炭疽、流脑、白喉、新生儿破伤风、钩体病、血吸虫病和疟疾12种传染病无病例报告外，其余14种乙类传染病均有报告。其中，乙肝、肺结核、梅毒、丙肝、痢疾居乙类传染病报告发病数的前五位，占甲乙类传染病报告发病总数的九成以上。艾滋病、狂犬病、肺结核、乙肝4种传染病报告14例死亡病例。
此外，10月丙类传染病共报告病例数为3599例，报告2例手足口病死亡病例。（记者 刘 霞）
