        你收到了一条短信,打开一看只有三个字:“你好吗?”但你千万不要小看这句简单的问候,因为它是可以救人命的。据美国《科学美国人》11月10日报道,加拿大一项最新研究结果显示,每周给艾滋病人发一条问候短信,能提高治疗效果,减少患者体内的病毒承载量。

    加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学的研究人员2007年至2009年间在肯尼亚招募了538名爱兹病患者,其中半数的病人在每周都会收到这样的短信,并须在48小时之内回复。他们可以回复“不错”、“有点不舒服”之类的短信。这样,医生就能够跟踪那些回复说“有问题”或者没有按时回复的病人。

    结果,相比没有收到短信的病人,收到短信的病人在染病一年后检测不到病毒水平的几率要高12%。参加试验的志愿者说,尽管这样的短信并不是提示该吃药了,仅仅是让病人知道还是有人在关心他们,但的确能够提供实实在在的帮助。
