广州铁路公安侦查员：被针头扎伤差点感染艾滋病

广州火车站里有这样一双眼睛，每天注视着数以万计的过往旅客，通过旅客的神态表情、衣着打扮、甚至是步伐快慢的细微差别，找出藏匿其中的逃亡嫌疑人。这双眼睛的主人就是广州铁路公安刑警支队广州站大队侦查员黄国华，他仅在2007年全年，就抓获网上逃犯131名，平均不到三天就是一名，个人缉逃战果连续三年名列全国铁路公安第一。
赫赫战功背后，黄国华也经历过恐惧，在一次搜查时，不慎被携带艾滋病毒的吸毒者使用过的针头扎伤，面对可能导致感染的考验，所幸好人平安，黄国华安然无恙。
欲擒故纵破古董大案
与以往影视剧里的追逃警察形象不同，铁警黄国华的眼神算不上犀利，甚至略带一些憨厚。同事们都把黄国华看做身边的“许三多”，其实憨厚背后是大智若愚。
2008年8月5日，上午11时许，在广州火车站一楼大厅过机处，黄国华拦住一提包男子，查看身份证后已确定其有重大嫌疑，立即要求开包检查。此时被盘查的男子头不时地往人群中张望，黄国华看在眼中———“他一定还有同伙”。于是黄国华先将此人放行，转身小声通知周边的便衣队友，盯住提包的男子，注意观察他与同伙碰头。
两名便衣队友跟踪提包的男子，片刻后另一提包的女子朝提包男子走了过来，两人刚刚一会合时，铁警就将两人制服，从女子的提包中搜出多件古董首饰。黄国华立即将两人带到审讯室调查，发现两人在广东省揭阳市一住宅小区行窃，共盗窃价值150万元的古董首饰。
毛遂自荐师从“反扒神探”
回忆起从警初期的经历，黄国华显得非常谦虚。黄国华2000年从警校毕业后分配至广州车站派出所工作，其实并不是从事刑警工作，他得知“反扒神探”王志刚身边需要帮手，马上毛遂自荐。
“起初师傅觉得我笨。”黄国华笑着说，为了赢得王志刚的信任，黄国华天天跟着师傅。最后，王志刚终于答应收黄国华做徒弟，要求极其严格。早期，黄国华跟着王志刚学抓小偷，在广场上，一个目标出现在师徒两人的眼中，只见这名男子正准备向一个女乘客下手，黄国华立即贴了过去，“眼睛跟牛眼一样大”死死盯着该男子，立即被其发现，就此停手，放弃了偷盗。回来后，黄国华被王志刚大骂一顿，心中感到非常懊恼。“我觉得自己不聪明，甚至有些笨，但每天去琢磨，就会有很大提高！”黄国华说。
查吸毒者险“中招”
追逃工作每天必须面对着嫌疑人，危险无处不在。令黄国华后怕的是那次查获一名吸毒者，2005年10月13日下午4时许，在火车站大厅过机处，黄国华拦住一藏毒的吸毒人员。刚开始搜身检查，黄国华的手掌碰到男子口袋尖锐的针头被刺了一下，黄国华的手掌立即出血。与此同时，男子嚷着说，“我有艾滋病的！”黄国华带着男子去检查，自己前往洗手间，反复冲洗手掌，并将情况汇报给领导。
男子检查的结果，几乎一下击倒了黄国华，结果证实其携带艾滋病病毒，并使用过针管。黄国华被送往医院，进行艾滋病前期防疫，服用各种防疫药物，“事发后两天里，我完全不能睡觉。”黄国华说，加上各种免疫药物有极大的副作用，服药以后吃任何东西都想吐，他几乎就快崩溃了！
“大概过了三四天，我尽量不去想这些。而是想，我抓过那么多坏人，我这样一个好人，老天不会这样让我死的。”黄国华说。
15天后医院出了初步化验结果，拿到化验单的黄国华的队长无法相信的化验单上显示“阳性”。黄国华的队长第二天编了一个谎言称，自己要去验血需要黄国华陪一下，不知情的黄国华到医院后，队长说，既然都来到医院也验个血吧。第二次的结果很快拿到了，显示呈“阴性”，随后的检查，确定黄国华的确没有被感染。医生事后推断，第一次结果可能是由于药物反应引起的结果错误。
给自己定目标一天查1200人
广州火车站经过2005年大整治后，治安环境彻底扭转，2007年火车站的治安，进入稳定状态，黄国华也在思考如何应对这种变化，他向领导提出，想专心从事追逃工作。黄国华给自己制定了一个计划，目标是一年之内追逃嫌疑人48名，平均每月4名。为了确保完成目标，他规定自己每天比对的旅客达到1200人次，所谓比对就是通过公安系统核查旅客身份。“除了鉴别的技巧以外，盘查的数量必须达到一定程度，才能完成目标。”黄国华认准这个道理，坚持一个月时间，就取得了成果，首月便抓到7名犯罪嫌疑人，超额完成目标。
靠着自己的计划，在2007年黄国华抓获嫌疑人131名，居全铁路之冠，并荣立个人一等功一次；2008年查获120名，2009年查获97个，个人缉逃战果连续三年名列全国铁路公安第一。今年1-10月，黄国华已抓获近70名嫌疑人。
