　　11月23日上午，一位年轻人来到自治区妇幼保健院艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊，他是来进行艾滋病咨询检测的。至此，这个门诊今年已接待了2583例前来咨询检测的人，其中检出阳性30例。记者了解到，广西目前有200多个艾滋病自愿咨询检测点，自治区妇幼保健院自愿咨询检测门诊是其中一个，而它就像一个缩影，折射了许多人对待艾滋病的心态，有的人因为不了解而失去了治疗的机会，有的人却成了“恐艾”一族。

　　无知让孩子丧了命

　　不久前，自治区妇幼保健院内科来了一位刚出生几天的小毛毛，在检查中，医生发现孩子的一些症状不对劲，便让孩子母亲进行艾滋病病毒抗体检测，快速检测结果证实孩子母亲确实是一位艾滋病感染者。根据要求，医生要为孩子母亲进一步做实验室检测，而检测结果两天后才能出来，于是医生给孩子母亲讲解了艾滋病防控的相关知识，并一再交待孩子母亲不要再给孩子喂母乳，用奶粉代替母乳。

　　然而，这位听说自己是艾滋病感染者的母亲一脸茫然，似乎并不知道感染上艾滋病意味着什么。

　　两天后，实验室检验结果出来，确诊孩子母亲是艾滋病感染者。医生于是打电话请她前来拿检验结果，并告诉她停止给孩子喂母乳，可以到无国界医生组织在南宁的治疗点领取免费奶粉，喂养孩子。然而，这位母亲对此置若罔闻，一直坚持到孩子满月才出门，其间，一直给孩子喂养母乳。

　　两个月后，医院的咨询员从无国界医生组织设在南宁的艾滋病咨询检测和治疗点得知，孩子已经死亡。孩子父母在无国界医生组织的检测点做了检测，结果，夫妻双双都是艾滋病感染者。目前，夫妻俩都在进行相关的治疗。

　　自治区妇幼保健院的医生告诉记者，像这种感染了艾滋病病毒的母亲，怀孕时就应该进行母婴阻断治疗，孩子出生后，还要通过给孩子吃药、不喂养母乳等手段，阻断艾滋病病毒对孩子的侵扰。如果在孩子出生后才发现母亲是感染者，也必须停止母乳喂养，母亲和孩子同时进行治疗。

一知半解成“恐艾”一族

　　如果说，一无所知让一些艾滋病感染者失去了生存的机会，而一知半解也让一些人产生了“恐艾”心结。

　　“有一个小伙子在几个月的时间里，已经到这里做了几次检测，他还不放心，不断寻找理由想继续做检测。”自治区妇幼保健院艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊的咨询员告诉记者，在他们的咨询点，出现了部分“恐艾族”，因为对艾滋病知识不太了解，而他们自己又有一次高危行为，由于害怕感染上艾滋病，就不停地到医院做检测。

　　有位30多岁的男子，因为有过一次出轨的经历，非常担心自己感染上艾滋病。他经常上网浏览相关的病例，常常自己对号入座。第一次到自治区妇幼保健院做了咨询检测后，检测结果是阴性。过了3个月左右，他又要求再次做检测，因为“上一次检测时，窗口期还没过，可能是检测不出来”。为保险起见，医生再次为他做了检测，检测结果依然是阴性。两个月后，他又来到该检测点，告诉医生说之前自己把窗口期算错了，并信誓旦旦表示这次才是正确的时间。医生再次给他做检测，结果还是阴性。

　　然而，没过多久，这位男士又出现在检测点。这次，医生拒绝了为他再做免费检测。随后，医生在与别的检测点医生交流中，得知该男子还是找到了别的咨询检测点，又做了几次检测。

　　“这类人群，不仅需要做艾滋病咨询检测，还需要做心理治疗。今年，我们咨询点已经介绍了几个这样的人给心理医生。”咨询点的咨询员张华说。

“中招”者多为文化层次较低人群

　　据了解，自治区妇幼保健院自愿咨询检测门诊成立于2007年6月，经过这些年对艾滋病知识的宣传，越来越多的人开始有了防控意识，前来自愿咨询检测的人也越来越多。

　　“门诊刚成立半年内，只有200多人来咨询，绝大多数人是在看病或其他途径检查中被发现有问题后转介过来的；2007年，咨询检测点接待了1600多人；今年到现在为止，已达到了2583人。”张华说，现在有不少人是自愿前来的，这部分人主要都是年轻人，他们多是在网上了解到这里有咨询检测点，自己找过来的。

　　据介绍，从该检测点两年多的检测情况看，检测结果为阳性的大多是来自农村或文化层次比较低的人。这部分人很多听说自己感染了艾滋病，表现漠然，好像并不知道感染了艾滋病对他和家人的生活会有什么影响，只有少数人会反应激烈。而城镇的人群，虽然很多人来之前已有了承担出现“阳性”结果的准备，可一旦确诊，很多人还是不能面对。

　　“每次看到一个‘阳性’，心里就为他们惋惜，就更觉得应该为他们鼓气，让他们有勇气面对生活和疾病。”张华说，正因这样，张华就觉得自己肩上的担子很重，抗击艾滋病的道路很漫长。

　　从受到艾滋病病毒感染，到体内产生出艾滋病病毒抗体，这一段时间称为窗口期。在窗口期内，艾滋病病毒感染者的血液检测查不到艾滋病病毒抗体，结果呈阴性。窗口期的长短个体有差异，一般2周到3个月。
