一个国家要强大，离不开三个必要条件，缺一不可。一个必要条件是粮食安全。没有粮食安全，必然没有社会安全和国家安全。粮食安全是强国的基础条件。一个必要条件是科技先进。科技是一个国家的核心竞争力，是国家发展的第一驱动力。没有科技强大，也必然没有国家强大。一个必要条件是精神强大。精神强大也是国家强大的基础条件。一个国家没有精神强大，也必然没有国家强大，或至少没有持久的国家强大。

粮食安全，既包括数量安全，也包括质量安全，二者同等重要。科技先进，应是一个国家至少在科技总水平上处于世界前十或至少应处在前三十的位置上。精神强大，包括国民讲秩序，有法治，工作认真敬业，不寻租，不互害等方面。

如何确保三个必要条件。一是国家一定要重农，要高度重视农业的发展，要大力发展有机农业。另外，对农人还要尊重。也即虽然农人的经济收入未必高，但社会一定要尊重农人。尊重农人，也是尊重衣食父母的一种表现。二是国家一定要高度重视科技发展。尤其发展中国家，更要加大科技投入。另外，还要尊重科学家。三是国家一定要高度重视精神文明建设。要常抓不懈。社会要尊重有德的人。总之，好的社会一定要尊重三类人。一类是农人，一定要尊重；一类是有知识人，一定要尊重；一类是有德行的人，一定要尊重。一个只崇拜权力、金钱、地位的社会，注定是没有前途的。好，谢谢，谢谢。
