2009年,澳大利亚昆士兰旅游局为了推广大堡礁而在全球范围发起了一场申请全世界最好的工作的活动。这份工作面向全世界招聘,获胜者不仅可以获得一份15万澳元/6个月的高薪工作,还可以凭借守岛人的身份享受豪华的住宿待遇,而他要做的事情是像大多数旅游者一样,在网络上发布工作相关的视频、照片、博客等等。

招聘信息一发布,在短时间内吸引了来自202个国家和地区的近3.5万份工作申请,为大堡礁带来了相当于2亿美元的宣传效果。

参选者需要录视频发给昆士兰旅游局,就必须以一个游客的角度去了解大堡礁。这个过程也无形中起到了宣传大堡礁的作用,这是一个非常好的旅游营销案例

瑞士:

起用”三台山“的名字,更为吉利。并且容易与“行运之旅”挂钩。导游词加上三台山的解释,重点有二:

一是“位列三台”,中国古代有“容封九锡,位列三台”的说法,九锡是九种礼器。是天子赐给诸侯、大臣有殊勋者的九种器用之物,是最高礼遇的表示。三台是官阶,大致为宰相。可谓仕途行了最大的运!

骆马湖畔的三台山得名于三个小山同向排列,有“位列三台”之意,因此三台山也是幸运之山。

二是三台星,戊土,阳土,主贵。主北斗之权,掌清贵之宿,专主文章仕进,吉庆之事。可谓福贵之星,行运之星,幸运之星。

乾隆行宫(行运之宫)

1、百世怀铜:行宫中柏、柿、槐、梧桐,引导性说法为“百世怀铜”。

2、瓦当拓片:乾隆行宫瓦当共700多种,而故宫仅400多种,这是乾隆行宫的一绝,一是通过导游指引游客观看,二是开发瓦当拓片旅游纪念品,用红印拓印,命名为“红印当头”谐音“红运当头”,让游客产生浓厚兴趣,形成购买。

3、设置龙床,供游客体验坐龙床的感觉。

4、皇伞亭——运交华盖。运交华盖:原指飞黄腾达。华盖:原系贵人出行时由侍者举着遮日避雨的类似伞之类的器具,后逐渐转变为贵人出行时表示身份的奢侈仪仗。

5、龙头狮身:赑屓:(bi xi )又名貔貅,喜欢负重,又名天禄、辟邪。是中国古代神话传说中的一种神兽,龙头、马身、麟脚,形状似狮子,会飞。令家运转好,好运加强,赶走邪气,有镇宅之功效。古时候人们常也用貔貅来作为军队的称呼。它有嘴无肛门,能吞万物而从不泻,可招财聚宝,只进不出,带来好运!

6、石狮子:事事振兴,事事如意(狮狮如意)!  

7、龙王庙:建于马上湖的马鞍位置,所以能安澜晏海。

乾隆行宫及皂河古镇——千里大运第一镇,中国行运文化第一镇

皂河古镇目前缺乏文化特点和休闲魅力空间。除了度假区外,骆马湖文化旅游急需一个旅游古镇的平台来留住游客,而以乾隆行宫为核心的皂河古镇就成了理所当然的理想地点。以乾隆行宫、陈家大院和御码头片区为核心,与度假区一样为骆马湖打造一个客厅和沙发,让游客从走到,可以坐下来,只要他坐下来就可能躺下来。这是骆马湖文化旅游发展的重要平台。

但是此项目打造仅限于修旧如旧和修建步行街还不够,关键是要画龙点睛,做出骆马湖的特色来,不然全国上下都在做步行街,都在修古城,如何能吸引游客,成为游客非来不可的地方?这是皂河古镇项目建设的关键。这就需要引人入胜的建设理念。

骆马湖标志——马上蝠

标志立于合欢路与环湖路交界处,起到景区标识的作用。另一个立于中心广场,便于影视资料传播。

将为骆马湖制定“湖徽”,作为新闻事件进行炒作,发动网络进地评议,从而低成本进行宣传。

幸运之旅活动

网上发起骆马湖”幸运之旅“活动,在各大城市挑选网上活跃度最高的旅游爱好者参加,人数500人,免费参加骆马湖渔火节暨骆马湖旅游节,由旅游局提供交通费,每年开展一次,以骆马湖”幸运之旅“寻找幸运者的活动来开展,一是引起成为网上热点,引起网民关注;二是提供新闻媒体争相报道的题材。

收集皂河站建站历史资料及抽水站运作原理动漫或实景,制成纪录片,提供一个放映室,供游客观赏,使游客更直观地了解皂河站的辉煌历史和抽水站运作原理。

策划开发以下“行运旅游商品”

(一)马上蝠玉雕、铜像。

(二)称王称霸:民间用秤,秤盘刻“王“字,秤砣刻”霸“字。

(三)小铜鼎:鼎上刻”盛“字,表示事业鼎盛;或另一边刻”财“字,表财运鼎盛。

(四)开发工艺鼎,现场为游客题名字,表“大名鼎鼎”。

(五)开发桃雕工艺品:当地有民谚“家有三颗桃,不怕野鬼号”

邀请国内外著名风水大师齐聚骆马湖,以“传承中华文化,倡导和谐人生”为理念,举办“行运文化论坛”,一可加强行运之旅的品牌内涵、知名度和影响力;二可借势炒作,引起社会关注。

牛年行牛运及祝福短信营销

利用中国民俗“牛年行牛运”、“虎年行虎运”、“龙年行龙行”……的说法,每年新春,骆马湖都利用不同属相开展“×年行×运”的活动,将属相动物的大型卡通造型放到龙舟之上,让游客伴随行运之旅,牛年运牛运!增加特色吸引力,同时形成系列主题。利用此戏剧性,可开发独特的骆马湖营销方式——祝福短信营销,集中在节假日前实施。
