大学课堂教学:服务主导逻辑方法


 

In the traditional view, teaching is mainly concerned with knowledge delivery, and generally, it is instructor-centered naturely. how about  its result in the context of management courses?  it seesm that the students in the classrooms may be interested in the vedios, music and other informations by their mobile phone. and what's wrong?
Oh. don't worry, maybe it is not your  fault, my dear teacher, and perhaps some problems in your teaching mindset and/or means adopted, which is not adaptive to the students nowadays.
from the modern point, it is maybe more effective if teaching in higher education  could be treated as service, which is defined as one actor applyling its competences(knowledge,skills) for  the benefits of the other entities. That is, it is better that the teachers should view themeselves as faciliators to the learning in the classroom with a student-centered perpective, cocreating values with the students and think of students as the coocreators, who determine the values finally instead of teacher or the administors.
That is the service-dominant logic based teaching approach ,which is the key point to the effective teaching in modern college classroom. However, not everyone know it and even know it, maybe most teachers is eager to face the challenges to do some changes.
