大家好，欢迎Faith口语课堂-天天学的新老学员们，我是Faith老师，如何表扬一个人的身材好呢, 有两个词,正在今天学习的内容:

Fit: vt. & vi.(使)适合；试穿

The hat fits perfectly. 这顶帽子挺合适的。

His great height fitted him to play basketball. 他的身材高大, 适合打篮球。

Fit: vt.安装, 配备

He fitted my new cooker. 他为我安装新炊具。

Fit: adj.合适的, 适宜的；健康的；恰当的, 正当的, 得体的, 性感迷人的

She is fit for the job. 她适合做这项工作。

The water is not fit to drink. 这水不适宜饮用。

You look very fit. 你看上去很健美。

Fit: n.适合的样子, 合身

The shoes are just your fit. 这双鞋子正合你的脚。


Shape: n.外形, 形状, 样子；模糊的东西；〈口〉情况; 状态

You’re in great shape. What do you do to keep fit? 你身材真好啊，你是怎么保持身材的呢？

They are uniform in size and shape. 它们的尺寸大小和形状都相同。

The market has been in poor shape lately. 近来市场情况不好。

I started going to gym and working out for 2 hours each day to keep fit 3 years ago. And now I’m in great shape.
