中国超三十万名吸毒成瘾患获美沙酮维持治疗

中新社北京6月23日电(记者 曾利明)截至今年3月底，中国内地28个省、区、市已开设了708个社区美沙酮维持治疗门诊，累计治疗吸毒成瘾病人306460人。目前正在治疗124862人，门诊平均在治人数176人，年保持率为70.9%。这是中国疾病控制中心性病艾滋病中心主任吴尊友教授今天披露的数字。
他在国家卫生部举行的通报会上称，为遏制毒品蔓延、控制毒品引发的艾滋病流行，中国自2004年开展针对吸毒人群的社区美沙酮维持治疗工作。最新统计显示，2005至2010年，全国在社区美沙酮维持治疗门诊接受治疗的海洛因吸毒者中累计发现艾滋病病毒新发感染645例，新发感染率为0.38/100人年。按保守估计，7年来美沙酮治疗减少艾滋病病毒新发感染约7000人。
作为社区药物维持治疗国家级工作组秘书处负责人，吴尊友强调，根据参加美沙酮维持治疗前吸毒者平均每日使用海洛因量、日均购买毒品的毒资、平均每月因筹集毒资而发生的偷、盗、抢、骗等吸毒相关违法行为，初步测算，7年来美沙酮治疗减少海洛因消耗约41.8吨，减少毒品交易约258.1亿元人民币，减少毒品相关的偷抢骗等违法犯罪行为约530万次；还使7500名接受美沙酮治疗的吸毒者获得了就业。
他说，以中央和地方对美沙酮治疗的总投入12.3亿元人民币计算，平均政府每投入1元避免了社会上21元的毒资交易以及由此引发的相关违法犯罪。(完)
