东营区三项措施筛查结核病和艾滋病双重感染者

人民网东营6月24日电 为了掌握艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人中结核病患病情况及发病趋势，为结核病和艾滋病双重感染的病人及时提供适当的医疗救治服务，阻断其对家庭及周围人群的传播，东营区疾控中心采取三项措施，确保艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人筛查结核病工作顺利开展。
积极开展健康教育。艾防工作者通过耐心地向艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人讲解结核病知识，使他们认识到艾滋病与结核病双重感染的危害性和严重性，提高他们对筛查结核病的依从性。
密切单位间的配合。东营区疾控中心艾滋病防治股、结核病防治股与新区医院密切配合，结合工作实际，提前1小时上班，开设绿色通道，安排感染者和病人集中采集检测CD4细胞血样后及时进行胸透工作，避免了与其他病人一起排队就诊，提高了效率，确保了保密性。
补助发放及时到位。艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人胸透完成后，可凭胸透单领取25元补助，提高了他们筛查结核病的积极性。（李洪福）
