張琦 從三聚氰胺到『皮革奶』事件，乳制品安全題目一直備受市民關注。昨日，國家質檢總局發布了乳制品企業出產許可重新審核工作情況，截至3月31日，全國 1176家乳制品企業中，有643家企業通過了出產許可重新審核，107家企業停產整改，426家企業未通過審核。其中，天津共有14家乳制品企業通過國家審核。

   記者昨日走訪了天津多家超市了解到，目前各大超市中銷售的鮮奶、奶粉等乳制品外包裝上都標注有食物出產許可證編號和QS標志。『超市有專門部門負責乳制品的進貨，在賣場中銷售的 所有乳制品都是通過國家審核的產品，並且在售乳制品都是較大型企業出產的，安全能夠得到保證。』華潤萬家大沽南路店的銷售職員表示。業內人士也提醒消費者，在選購乳制品時一定要留意外包裝上是否標注有食物出產許可證編號和QS標志。  據了解，在本次審核中，天津包括天津伊利乳業有限責任公司、多加多乳業（天津）有 Ken Griffey Shoes 限公司、天津完達山乳品有限公司、天津子母乳品有限公司、天津海河乳業有限公司等在內的14家出產企業符合發（換）證前提，獲得了食物出產許可證。

        『各地質量技術監視部分已在自己的網站上宣布了通過乳制品出產許可重新審核的企業名單，並已鏈接到質檢總局網站，大家可以登錄查詢。』李元平說。他指出，質檢總局要求各地質量技術監視部分，切實加強重新審核後續監管工作。一是對通過重新審核的企業要加強監視治理，督促企業落實主體責任，切實保障乳制品質量安全;二是督促停產整改企業限期整改，整改後沒有達到要求的，要依法注銷乳制品出產許可證;三是加大對未通過審核企業和停產整改企業的執法監視力度，對無證出產行為依法嚴肅查處。
