河南研发抗艾滋病新药 5年后可造福患者

  在河南省科学院高新技术研究中心首席科学家、归国博士安浩云的实验室里,有两样“宝贝”——高效液相色谱、高分辨质谱仪。抗艾新药阿滋福啶,就从这里诞生。

  昨天下午1时许,安浩云刚从北京飞回来,就被记者拦在了实验室外,一聊就是好几个小时。他说,5年后,患者有望用上这种新药,价格比市面上的药低。

  “海归”回家:我愿为家乡效力

  3月28日,到河南省科学院高新技术研究中心调研的卢展工,听说归国博士安浩云研发出一种抗艾滋病新药,卢展工非常欣喜。安浩云说,卢书记的称赞让他“备受鼓舞”。

  “我是河南人,又是郑大培养的,我愿意为家乡效力。”安浩云说。带着这个心愿,2010年,他入选河南省首批引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”回国工作,任河南省特聘专家、河南省科学院高新技术研究中心首席科学家、研究员,领导高效、低毒核苷类抗病毒和抗肿瘤创新药的研发工作。

  专家档案

  今年50多岁的安浩云,清瘦儒雅,毕业于郑州大学,师从吴养洁院士。1988年赴美留学后,在美国杨伯翰大学用3年零8个月获得博士学位,创下该校有史以来最快速度。又在美国弗吉尼亚大学进行药物合成的博士后研究。随后在美国几家著名药业公司从事新药研发工作,曾主持研发了抗肿瘤创新药——氟莱哌素等5个一类创新药,获得19项美国授权专利。  

  5年后,有望用上抗艾新药

  “全球大概有10种抗艾药物,我国在这个领域还是空白。”安浩云说,“一位国际抗艾专家曾说,如果10年内,医学界仍然无法找到更好的抗艾药物,一半以上的艾滋病毒感染者都将面临死亡。”

  自去年6月回到河南后,安浩云和他的团队的工作重心便放在研究抗艾药物上。“核苷类新药主要是用来抗病毒和抗肿瘤,河南省在这个药物类型领域里,基础不错,但河南目前还没有自主研制的新药。有了这个工作平台,我们争取有零的突破。”

  “这可是我的大宝贝,(价值)150多万,我们的药物合成好后,都要用这个仪器进行分析,得出结果。”安浩云指着实验室里的一台高分辨质谱仪说,“目前,第一步合成阶段已完成,现在是临床前研究开发阶段,争取两年之内进入临床试验,三期临床试验之后就能进入市场。五年后,患者有望用上这种新药。”

  有了它,昂贵的抗艾药肯定“低头”

  据了解,目前的抗艾新药仅对一部分患者有效,大部分患者疗效小,因为许多人体内的病毒开始变异,产生抗药性,所以一般都需要把三四种药配合起来用,价格高昂,一个病人一年需要花几十万元,而且效果有限。

  而安浩云研发的抗艾新药阿滋福啶,在北京、上海、美国杜克大学和美国北卡州的专业检测机构检测后,对一般艾滋病病毒的疗效要高于现在药物疗效的50~100倍;对耐药性艾滋病病毒的疗效要高于现在药物疗效的1万多倍。“这个检测结果让我们很受鼓舞。”安浩云说。

  未来进入市场后,这种新药的价格会是多少呢?“具体价格,由相关部门制定。但有一点可以肯定,那就是,一定会比现在市面上6种抗艾药物的价格都要低。”安浩云说。

  不仅抗艾新药,安浩云领军的团队还要继续研发出抗乙型肝炎病毒创新药、核苷类抗肿瘤新药和小分子抗肿瘤新药等。
