坦桑尼亚官员赞扬中国对坦提供的医疗援助

新华网达累斯萨拉姆４月２２日电（记者郭春菊）坦桑尼亚卫生与社会福利部长姆庞达２１日在会见来访的中国山东省副省长王随莲时，高度评价中国政府长期以来在医疗领域对坦提供的无私援助。
姆庞达说，坦中友好源远流长，两国老一辈领导人开创的友好事业代代相传。中国政府不仅在工业、贸易、基础设施建设、教育等领域帮助和支持坦桑尼亚，还派遣一批又一批医疗专家来坦工作。他们品德高尚，经常超负荷工作；他们医术精湛，在抗疟疾、中医药治疗艾滋病以及培训坦桑尼亚医护人员方面提供了有力的支持，还帮助坦桑尼亚建设了心脏外科诊疗培训中心，促进了坦卫生事业的发展。
姆庞达对中国全方位的无私援助表示最诚挚的谢意。
王随莲说，自１９６８年以来，山东省先后派遣２１批共１０００多名医疗专家来坦开展医疗合作。目前，第２２批医疗队已选拔完毕，将于今年７月来坦服务。 她说，中国医疗队不辱使命，尽职尽责，得到坦政府和百姓的认可与赞许。她感谢坦方对中国医疗队的支持，希望两国加强医疗卫生领域的合作，共同促进中坦友好关系的发展。
