山西：“男男性行为人群干预”等三个涉艾项目获批

中新网太原4月10日电(范丽芳)记者10日从山西省预防医学会了解到，山西省申请的三个国家社会动员项目已获批准，申请项目资金资助总计31万元人民币。这是山西省首次申请到国家社会动员项目。
据了解，山西省通过批准的三个防治艾滋病项目分别为“全面开展山西省MSM(男男性行为)人群宣传干预，建立社区合作机制和网络”、“大同市古城保护进城务工人员艾滋病宣传和行为干预项目”及“山西开展艾滋病病人和感染者关怀救助活动”。
“由于MSM比较普遍地存在着多性伴和不安全性行为的现象，使该人群成为HIV感染的高危人群，所以对这个人群进行宣传干预是必要的。”中国艾滋病专家张北川介绍，“另外，社会歧视仍是艾滋病患者面临的重要问题，我们要倡导社会给予他们更多的关怀和救助。”
中国性病艾滋病防治协会副会长沈洁说：“防艾已成为全人类刻不容缓的任务，这个工作需要政府的支持，需要社会民众组织的支持。三个项目的获批及启动将为山西下一步民间组织参与艾滋病防治向纵深层次的发展，奠定坚实的基础。”
山西省预防医学会介绍，现已组织各市防艾协会、项目负责人等参加项目管理培训班，以保证获批项目在山西顺利实施。(完)
