钟南山:不存在“阴性艾滋病”

本月初，香港媒体称：内地至少有6个省市发现有人感染一种暂被称为“阴性艾滋病”的未知病毒。随后，卫生部对此表态：所谓的“阴性艾滋病”只是“恐艾”症状，不存在未知病毒。
昨日，钟南山院士对此谈了自己的观点。他认为，媒体所称的“阴性艾滋病”其实并不存在，人们更没有必要对它产生心理上的恐慌。
话题一：“阴性艾滋病”
观点：没有未知病毒，没有“阴性艾滋病”
“阴性艾滋病并不存在，也没有新的未知病毒，但确实存在‘恐艾’心理……”昨日，钟南山用这样的观点回应近期社会上关于“阴性艾滋病”的各种传闻。
此前，卫生部曾发布消息说，有人反映其出现类似艾滋病急性期症状，怀疑感染艾滋病。
随后，中国疾控中心调查确认：情况反映者并未感染艾滋病。临床、实验室和流行病学也没有证据证明出现了某种新的传染性疾病。
对此，钟南山直言“阴性艾滋病”根本不存在。“我同意卫生部专家的结论，不认为这样的人群感染了艾滋病。”
同时，他表示，那些因为身体不适，存在“恐艾”心理的人不一定就没有疾病。目前，相关专家正展开进一步调查，对相关情况做深入分析。
钟南山提醒，市民不用对所谓的“阴性艾滋病”产生紧张情绪和恐慌。莫须有的恐慌可能导致焦虑症、幻觉、神经调节障碍等不适症状。
话题二：抗生素滥用
观点：医生绝不能随意用抗生素
近日，卫生部相关负责人对有关“我国每年因抗生素滥用致8万病人不良反应死亡”的消息予以否认。旋即，抗生素滥用再成社会舆论关注热点。
钟南山说，我国确实存在抗生素滥用情况，甚至还非常严重。他认为，国内很多医院即使治疗普通的感冒发烧，抗生素的使用率也达到了80%。
“其实，普通的上呼吸道感染根本不用服用抗生素。”钟南山认为，滥用抗生素不仅危及身体健康，还会使细菌耐药性增强，从而增加治疗难度。这种情况如不及时改变，可能导致无药可用的情况。“因此，医生绝不能随意使用抗生素。”
他还建议，卫生部门应该加强对医务人员的教育，在治疗过程中更加合理、科学地使用抗生素。
话题三：突发传染病检测
观点：大医院应建病毒室
“医院的病毒研究亟待加强。”钟南山说，随着不明原因病毒的不断出现，医院对这些病毒的研究，在预防和治疗传染性疾病过程中显得格外重要。
他认为，现在很多病毒都会通过呼吸和饮食的渠道传播，部分病毒还有较强传染性。“医疗机构要做到能及时发现病毒，有效遏制大面积传播的发生。”
“建立病毒室，通过分子生物技术加强病毒分离检测工作，一旦发现有不明原因的疾病症状，就能及时发现其传播原因和渠道。”钟南山表示，对突发性的传染病，医疗机构的早期发现和预防相当关键。
他说，目前很多医院的病毒研究很落后，“有的医院甚至没开展病毒研究工作”。
钟南山建议，只要有条件、有实力的大医院都应建立病毒室，尤其是在病毒活跃期加强对病毒的检测，以避免传染性病毒大面积暴发。
