包头市全面开展艾滋病防控督导

包头日报讯 近日，市疾控中心对市五区艾滋病防治工作进行了多次督导，强化了创建卫生城艾滋病防治理念，规范了市五区档案资料管理，并针对存在问题提出整改措施，推动了我市艾滋病防治整体工作。
我市艾滋病防治工作以加强非民间组织参与防控艾滋病性病为突破口，鼓励和发展民间组织参与到全市防治艾滋病工作中，完善全民防艾体系，构建政府与民间组织合作平台，2年内有13家民间组织参与到全市艾滋病防控工作中；同时，扩大社会人群的健康教育活动，到2010年在全市15—49岁人口中，城市居民对艾滋病防治知识知晓率达到90%以上；积极开展重点人群主动监测；建立了24个自愿咨询检测点，扩大了艾滋病监测检测网络；积极拓展高危人群干预覆盖面，探索性病门诊和疾控机构合作的暗娼干预模式和MSM性病转介模式；增强了规范化性病服务意识，推进了性病门诊规范管理进程，2010年规范化性病门诊达到7家，为暗娼、男男性接触者等目标人群提供优质、优惠的性病服务。其中，3家医院的性病门诊已通过自治区卫生厅首批规范性病门诊验收，在自治区12盟市居首位。

Of these, three hospitals, STD clinics have been standardized through the regional health department STD clinic the first inspection, 12 of Union City in the autonomous region topped the list.
