国际组织考察调研成都市MSM人群

2010年11月22-23日，联合国艾滋病规划署(UNAIDS)国家协调员Mark Stirling、世界卫生组织(WHO)驻华代表Michael O’Leary、Nicole Seguy、美国国际发展署(USAIDS)协调员Virginia Bourassa、盖茨基金会北京办公室主任Ray Yip一行，在国家性病艾滋病预防控制中心主任吴尊友的陪同下莅临成都，对成都作为亚洲地区男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病防治工作试点城市之一，进行考察和调研。
在蓉期间，成都市疾病预防控制中心主持召开成都市MSM艾滋病流行及防治形势研讨会，参会人员包括省疾病预防控制中心、市传染病医院、省建筑医院的领导与专家，以及成都同乐健康咨询中心、成都大学生同志联盟等社区组织的代表。市疾控中心性艾科主任韩德琳向考察团及与会代表作了成都市MSM艾滋病防治形势及应对分析的专题报告，并就考察团代表疑问给予满意解答；各社区组织代表踊跃发言，畅谈参与艾滋病防治工作的感受与愿景。
考察团还分组现场考察MSM人群活动场所浴池、酒吧，参观MSM定点性病治疗机构四川省建工医院。23日下午参加了市防治艾滋病工作委员会主持召开的部门座谈会，与市卫生局、市教育局、市民政局、团市委等相关部门人员一起，共同讨论目前MSM人群防治工作中的瓶颈与困难，探讨解决方法与策略，共商下一步行动和工作计划。 各国际机构代表对我市开展的工作给予了高度肯定，表示成都市的艾滋病防治工作优秀，疾控中心-社区组织-医疗机构三方共同合作的MSM防治模式成功有效，希望以后有更多的机会合作，互相通话，取得更好的成绩。(性病艾滋病防治科 施雅莹)
