滨州市艾滋病呈低流行状态

    本报11月3日讯(记者张牟幸子) 近日，卫生部公布了我国截至今年9月底，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人42.9万例，其中病人16.4万例，死亡8.6万例，并指出局部地区和特定人群已进入高流行状态。滨州市疾控中心艾滋病防治科科长苏新法告诉记者，目前，滨州仍处于一个低流行状态。
    苏科长说，近两年，滨州市艾滋病感染者发现人数呈快速上升的趋势，比2008年、2009年增长3倍，“但这与全国情况相比还是要好一点，而且发现人数上升的主要原因是疾控中心加大了对高危人群和高危场所的监测力度，进行了干预，发现了之前没有检测出的艾滋病感染者，并不是因为我市这两年患病的人数大幅增加，所以市民不要恐慌。”
    对于任何患者在医院手术前和孕产妇的保健检查时都被要求进行艾滋病检查这一情况，苏新法告诉记者，现在许多人会认为这项检查是医院多收费，其实这是对患者自己和医生的一种保护。因为艾滋病感染者很多时候并不知道自己携带这种病毒，这种病的潜伏时间为5年至10年，所以医院在手术前要为患者做艾滋病检查。对孕产妇检查艾滋病毒是因为可以及时进行母婴阻断，将艾滋病毒遗传的几率降至5%左右。
    苏新法告诉记者，滨州下一步在艾滋病的防控上，还需要全市各个部门的积极配合，需要市民对艾滋病的重视，“在疾控中心、妇幼保健院和结防院都设有艾滋病检测门诊，前来免费艾滋病主动检查的人多了，说明人们的认识提高了。我们所希望的就是尽量把所有感染艾滋病毒的人都登记在册，进行及时治疗。”
