三类行为易感染艾滋病 九类人群应及时检测

新华网福州１１月２１日电（记者 沈汝发）福建省疾病预防控制中心专家提醒，艾滋病不会通过空气、食物、水等途径传播，而是通过一些特定的行为传播，因此，艾滋病是一种“行为性疾病”。
据福建省疾病预防控制中心专家潘蕴蛟介绍，三类行为容易感染艾滋病。一是与多个人发生性行为，且大部分时候没有使用安全套。性行为是福建省艾滋病传播的主要途径，性伴侣越多，感染艾滋病的危险越高。减少性伴数、坚持正确使用安全套是预防艾滋病通过性传播的主要措施。
二是与他人共用注射器进行静脉吸毒。共用注射器吸毒是艾滋病通过血液传播的主要途径。拒绝毒品、使用清洁针具、参加美沙酮维持治疗是预防艾滋病通过吸毒传播的有效措施。
三是已经感染艾滋病的妇女生育子女。如果已经感染艾滋病的妇女怀孕了，那么，她所生的孩子将有３０％的几率是个艾滋病感染者，这就是艾滋病的母婴传播。目前，通过有效的医学手段，可以将艾滋病的母婴传播几率降低至５％左右，因此，感染艾滋病的妇女如果想要孩子，一定要寻求妇幼医生的帮助，以减少孩子感染艾滋病的风险。
潘蕴蛟说，日常生活接触，例如与感染者握手、拥抱、共用电话、共用马桶卫生间、共用游泳池、同桌吃饭等，都不会感染艾滋病。
另外，专家提醒，九类人群应及时进行艾滋病检测：性活跃者，无论年龄大小，建议每年都检测ＨＩＶ：与多个性伴发生不安全性行为的性活跃者，建议至少每三个月检测一次；发生过商业性行为的男性或女性，无论是作为顾客还是性工作者；发生男男同性性行为，尤其是没有使用安全套的情况下；曾经从事买血的人士；怀孕的妇女；共用针具注射的人士；结核病检测为阳性的人士；性病检测为阳性的人士。只要是经过省级或以上卫生行政部门批准的ＨＩＶ抗体检测实验室都可以进行ＨＩＶ抗体检测。
