(毕童娟李娜)11月10日，艾滋病防治政策宣讲报告会在嘉峪关市委党校举办。报告会特邀请我省疾病预防控制中心主任医师、著名艾滋病防治专家席沧海，做了题为《我国艾滋病防治政策和策略》的报告。此次报告会旨在进一步提高人们对艾滋病综合防治知识的掌握及对预防和控制艾滋病工作的认识，了解艾滋病防治的相关政策、法规，进而提高居民健康教育知识水平，达到防控艾滋病蔓延的目的。
报告会上，席沧海分别从艾滋病基础知识、艾滋病疫情、艾滋病防治策略及我国艾滋病防治法律、法规和政策等方面全面细致、深入浅出的进行了讲解，得到了听众的积极响应和一致好评。
艾滋病即“获得性免疫缺陷综合症”，是由人体免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)引起的人体细胞免疫功能缺陷，导致一系列条件致病微生物感染和肿瘤发生的致命性综合征。其主要传播途径为性传播、血液传播和母婴传播，临床症状多种多样，已成为全球性公共卫生问题。
