违章被查 他拿出“艾滋病救治证”

本报宝鸡讯（通讯员 祁丹 记者 董毅）9月4日，一河南籍司机交通违法被民警拦停，他竟亮出“艾滋病救治证”，要求民警放行，谎言被民警当场识破。
当日上午，眉县公安分局民警在执勤过程中发现一辆河南牌照的大货车载货超长，示意停车接受检查。司机程某自称是艾滋病患者，他没有按照民警指示出示驾驶证、行驶证、保险单，而是掏出一本“艾滋病救治证”给民警，坐在司机楼里看民警敢不敢接。办案民警杨军锋接过证件，发现证上照片与司机不符，便要求出示身份证。程某称身份证遗失，目前正在补办。民警又询问了一些艾滋病的基本常识，结果他张口结舌、含糊其辞，一下露了馅。
程某后来又告诉民警，他有个表哥患有艾滋病，两人长相酷似。于是，他便利用人们同情艾滋病患者的心理，跑外省时将表哥的“艾滋病救治证”揣在怀里，以应付交警路上检查。凭这本证件，他已多次躲过处罚。民警告诉记者，现在“三超”司机为了躲避违章处罚，什么招都想得出来，就最近一两个月谎称“艾滋病”的就有五六个。
