达县每年40万元防“艾”

达州传媒网消息（本网通讯员 刘华） 近日，达县人民政府决定，该县财政将在对中央、省级财政拨款给予相应配套政策的同时，每年另行预算艾滋病防治专项经费40万元，进一步加强全县艾滋病防治工作。
据悉，达县将广泛开展宣传教育活动，开展以艾滋病防治、无偿献血、安全套使用等知识的宣传活动。各相关部门要严厉打击各领域违法行为，防治艾滋病医源性传播，加强打击贩卖、吸食毒品和卖淫嫖娼的违法犯罪行为，遏制艾滋病传播源。对于卫生、广播电视、质监等职能部门应各施其职，积极实施综合干预措施。
为落实“四免一关怀”政策，需要相关部门进一步完善艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）网络，加强艾滋病哨点监测及重点人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测工作。县政府督查室、县防艾委办将实行督查问责制，定期或不定期对各职能部门的履职尽责情况进行督查。
目前，达县艾滋病防治工作正有序开展。
