被艾滋犯人抓伤 狱警煎熬一年等"判决"

“HIV抗体呈阳性。”一年来，狱警朱宽富时常做这样的噩梦，惊醒后一身冷汗。朱宽富是四川省某监狱民警，管理着一群感染了艾滋病病毒的服刑人员。去年3月在制止一起违纪事件时，服刑人员的血和他的血流在了一起。是否感染了艾滋病，要经过一年的治疗观察……
艾滋病人突然扑向他
去年3月13日，监区召开刑事奖励大会，对在过去一个考核期内改造优异的服刑人员给予奖励。但经过点名后，发现有4人未到。朱宽富眉头一紧，立即带着两名民警进监室查看。
“我不舒服，别动我哈。”监室内，服刑人员陈良(化名)躺在床上，称自己在发烧，不能参加集体活动。“发烧了？我来摸摸。”朱宽富坐到床边，伸手探摸陈良的额头。因为平时接触的都是艾滋病服刑人员，朱宽富已经具备了一定的医疗常识。
“摸啥嘛，我就是不舒服！”陈良挡开朱宽富的手，吼了起来。陈良因犯抢劫罪刚入监狱不久，入监体检时，才发现自己在外面感染了艾滋病。
“不舒服马上送你去医院，不要赖在床上！”朱宽富和同事做好准备，想将陈良控制起来。“哪个敢上来？弄死你们！”陈良突然弹起身来，向身边的朱宽富扑去。
同事随即上前，协助朱宽富将陈良控制下来。“哪来的血？”朱宽富低头看见自己左手手指上沾染了不少血迹。再一看，陈良的手指上同样沾有一些血迹。
“他受伤了！”同事察看了陈良的手腕，紧张地说。朱宽富急忙抹开自己手上的血，一道约1公分长的伤口出现在眼前。“我没事，快带他去医院包扎。”朱宽富一脸镇定，挥手向同事示意。
在服用了干扰药剂后，朱宽富被送到就近的疾控中心检验。“三级职业暴露，你有可能感染艾滋病毒。”医生说。
听到这个消息，朱宽富脑中一片空白，“怕啥子来啥子！”
焦虑一年等待“判决”
“我感染艾滋病了吗？”当晚，朱宽富彻夜难眠，叹息不断。对即将出来的第一次血液检测结果，朱宽富想早点儿看到又害怕看到。
首次血检通过 但要观察1年
一连几日，朱宽富都在焦虑中度过，吃不下睡不着，40岁的精干汉子，一下憔悴了许多。去医院拿检测报告的路上，朱宽富一直紧握着拳头。接下来，将是第一次“大考”。颤抖着接过《HIV抗体初筛表》，朱宽富深吸一口气后鼓足勇气看了下去。看到表上“阴性”的字样后，朱宽富闭着眼睛长出了一口气。“这只是初期检查，你的观察期是一年。”医生告诉他，在随后的一年中，他还需接受4次血液化验。最后一次检验才真正决定命运。
休息3个月 重返岗位
3个月的治疗期，服用了大量干扰药剂后，朱宽富出现了药物带来的恶心、反胃等症状。“这些身体上的不舒服简直不算啥子，心理的压力才最最难受。”在放假休息的这3个月，朱宽富无时无刻都在想感染病毒后的事，白天茶饭不思、夜晚噩梦来袭。
“不能这样下去了！呆在家里自己都要把自己憋死，不如上班换换脑筋。”3个月的治疗期刚刚结束，朱宽富便回到监狱，提出要上班。“到机关上班吧。”出于爱护，领导让朱宽富再休息一段时间或者换个工作岗位。朱宽富婉拒了领导的好意，还是回到原岗位。
回来后的第一件事，朱宽富把陈良喊了过来。自从抓伤管教民警后，陈良也规矩多了，再没发生过违纪行为。看到朱宽富后，陈良立即道歉。不过，朱宽富却没给他好脸色，对那天陈良严重违纪的行为作了批评。就在陈良以为肯定会遭打击报复时，朱宽富又对他近期的表现给予了表扬，并让他担任了所在监室的“自新员”，改造自身同时也帮助狱友。
重新工作后，朱宽富的焦虑减轻了。
今年最后一检 安全了！
第二次、第三次“大考”，半年后第四次“大考”，朱宽富都幸运的通过了。接下来，就是一年后最终的“判决”。今年3月14日，朱宽富从医院拿到了最后一份检测表。抽出袋中的纸片，朱宽富双手颤抖——HIV抗体呈阴性。没有想象中的激动雀跃，朱宽富只感觉心中悬吊了一年的巨石终于落地了，紧绷了一年的神经终于松弛下来。
“说不担心不害怕，那是假的。”面对记者，朱宽富说。一年来，他经常不自觉地想起自己的“病”，一想到这里情绪就不免低落。遇到高兴的事情时，有时反而会令他更焦虑，“高兴的时光还有多久？”……

“好多人都不敢给家人讲在做什么”
记者：艾滋病服刑人员管理难在哪里？
朱宽富：服刑人员得知患有艾滋病后，都有得过且过、自暴自弃的想法。在和艾滋病服刑人员的接触中，民警处于高危环境，特别怕他们控制不住情绪、动作，在你身上抓出伤口。
记者：但你们不得不天天和他们在一起，咋办？
朱宽富：和艾滋病服刑人员在一起，民警压力也很大。这个监区有50多位民警，上岗前都接受过艾滋病知识培训，但许多人都不敢告诉家人自己具体在做什么。艾滋病服刑人员不会无缘无故伤人，我们要和他们交心，反过来，他们也会把我们当朋友。
记者：担不担心艾滋病服刑人员故意攻击？如果出现这种情况怎么办？
朱宽富：肯定会担心。所以在坚持原则的前提下，要和他们做朋友，控制这类事件发生。再有就是做好应急预案，在突发状况下做好个人防护。
采访结束时，记者从四川省监狱管理局获悉，从警22年的朱宽富因在与艾滋病服刑人员管理中“用心灵沟通，用真情相融，用监规管理”，已候选入围“2010年四川省监狱十大杰出(优秀)卫士”。
