株洲首次开展大型男男同性恋艾滋病干预活动

长晚集团滚动新闻8月24日株洲讯（记者 张水湘 通讯员 庞力娟 王群英）记者获悉，“八月桂花香ＭＳＭ人群联谊活动”在株洲市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测室举办，据悉，这是株洲首次大型男男同性恋艾滋病干预活动，有近100名男男同性恋者参加了该活动。
据悉，今年6－7月株洲对50名男男同性恋者进行了ＨＩＶ检测，其中5人被确认为阳性。株洲市疾控中心一名负责人介绍，虽然这个数字不能完全代表株洲男男同性恋人群的ＨＩＶ感染率，但男男同性恋人群中ＨＩＶ感染问题的严重性已经凸显出来，如何在男男同性恋人群中有效地开展艾滋病干预工作迫在眉睫。
此外，株洲市疾控中心在全市范围内广泛招募男男同性恋干预工作志愿者，通过专业培训后，在目标人群中开展同伴教育工作，从而提高目标人群的艾滋病防治知识知晓率，增强艾滋病防病意识。
据株洲市疾控中心负责人介绍，此次联谊活动的开展标志着我市男男同性恋人群艾滋病干预平台的正式建立，虽然目前艾滋病还不能治愈，但有效的干预手段，可以延长患者生命、提高患者生活质量。
