德国女歌星贝奈萨16日承认在与性伴侣发生性行为之前，未向其告知自己感染艾滋病毒的事实。
据法新社报道，现年28岁的贝奈萨当天出席了在法兰克福达姆施塔特法院的庭审。她对此前的行为表示“懊悔”，但否认有意向他人传播艾滋病毒。贝奈萨是德国著名演唱团体“没有天使”的一员，去年4月，她因在法兰克福一家夜总会非法表演而遭逮捕。今年2月，法院指控她对他人实施人身伤害，如果罪名成立，贝奈萨将面临6个月至10年的监禁。
根据指控，贝奈萨2000年至2004年间曾与3人发生5次性行为，但她未向性伴侣说明感染艾滋病毒的事实。检察官透露，这3人中已有1人被证实感染了艾滋病毒。
