新疆首开艾滋病人血液透析治疗 首例病人治疗效果良好

亚心网讯（记者 李晓玲 )“我刚来医院的时候，大小便都在床上，侧个身都动不了，就像被钉在了床板上，没想到做了两次血液透析又活过来了，你看我现在又能走了……”昨天在自治区传染病医院病房里，老孟拄着拐杖一瘸一瘸倒着碎步。尽管步履有些盘跚但已经令他喜出望外了。
今年6月自治区传染病医院正式启动针对艾滋病人血液透析治疗项目，这在我区是首家。老孟是在我区接受血液透析治疗的第一例艾滋病人。比其他艾滋病人幸运的是他不用再远赴河南接受这项治疗。
该院院长杨成新说：“我区是全国艾滋病疫情较为严重的省(区、市)之一,截至2009年9月底,全区累计报告HIV(艾滋病病毒)感染者27012例。很多艾滋病人到我们医院治疗已经到了晚期，一些需要做血液透析的病人因为得不到医治而不得不远赴河南进行治疗，因此，政府投资300万专门为医院建立血液透析中心，目前该中心已经正式启用，填补了我区在艾滋病治疗领域的一项空白。”
在该院血液透析中心记者看到共有5台透析机，一台是单纯性的血液透析机、一台是床边移动透析机、另三台分别是针对艾滋病合并乙肝、合并丙肝、合并梅毒的透析机。“这样专机专用可以避免交叉感染。”血液透析中心护士组长马萍梅说。
43岁的老孟来自博乐，因HIV合并银屑病（俗称牛皮癣），3月10日，由于持续半个月高烧入住自治区传染病医院，“来的时候，他一揭衣服皮屑就望下掉，全身关节疼痛，翻身都需要帮助，大小便都在床上。艾滋病主要是破坏人体的免疫功能，同时也加重了他银屑病的病情。”老孟的主治医生杨威说。经过专家会诊，医院决定给老孟进行血液透析治疗。
6月19日12时40分老孟开始进行第一次血液透析。“当时他几乎动不了了，我们6个护士用床单将他兜住才挪到血液透析床上。”该院护理部主任关建萍说。
“近几年，血液透析拓展领域越来越广，不光用来治疗尿毒症，也可以治疗其他疾病，甚至吸毒的HIV感染者可以通过血液透析减少对毒品的依赖。”老孟的主治医生杨威说。
