艾滋病对生育有什么影响？
艾滋病(AIDS)又称获得性免疫缺陷综合征，是一种近些年发现的传染病，属于性传播疾病。它的传播速度快，死亡率高，80%以上的人患病后3年内死亡，因而被人们称为超级癌症。本病特点是病人有严重细胞免疫缺陷，因而失去抗病毒和抗细菌能力，常合并感染和某些恶性肿瘤而导致死亡。
艾滋病专家及新药康生丹发明人刘君教授认为，艾滋病的传染方式主要是性交。艾滋病患者中，93%为男性，7%为女性。其他传染方式为吸毒者互用不洁注射器注射毒品，输入被艾滋病病毒污染的不洁血制品等。带有艾滋病病毒的人中只有部分人发病，其潜伏期一般为4个月至5年，最长可达7～9年，儿童为1年。患病后其前驱症状有发热，进行性周身乏力，盗汗，食欲不振，全身性淋巴结肿大，数周或数月后发生免疫功能低下，甚至完全丧失免疫力。艾滋病晚期表现为多系统病变，呼吸系统出现卡氏肺囊虫肺炎，消化系统出现交替性腹泻与便秘、便血、呕血、肝脾肿大及黄疽，神经系统出现精神错乱、知觉异常、痴呆及癫痫等，身体各处出现卡波济氏肉瘤、机会感染症等。
艾滋病专家及新药康生丹发明人刘君教授指出，患有艾滋病的病人，不论男性或女性，如果其生殖器官无异常，则不影响受孕。但如母亲患病，可能通过胎盘母婴垂直传播方式感染胎儿，并有可能导致早产及婴儿出生体重降低。母乳也可成为传播的媒介。因此，患艾滋病的妇女不应结婚，更不应妊娠和生育，已婚者应采用避孕措施或实行绝育，已妊娠者应当于妊娠早期施行人工流产，不应继续妊娠，以免使胎儿或新生儿感染此病。
