　　    河南省上蔡县积极从关心照顾因艾滋病致孤农村计划生育家庭子女的成长，让其充分享受和谐社会的阳光。全县148名因艾致孤计划生育家庭子女生活享照顾、学习享关爱、就业享优先，已有27名走入大学校门，36人走上工作岗位。

　　    上世纪80年代末、90年代初，由于当地农村贫穷，一些农民因卖血而感染艾滋病，致使148名计划生育家庭子女成为孤儿。上蔡县委、县政府和县人口计生委以及县民政局高度重视因艾致孤计划生育家庭子女的生活与成长。一是生活上照顾。该县采取建"阳光家园"和"阳光家庭"的办法，为因艾致孤孤儿委托"爸爸""妈妈"，把因艾致孤计划生育家庭子女集中起来一起生活，帮助他们摆脱艾滋家庭生活阴影，让他们重新过上温馨快乐的家庭生活。二是学习上关心。他们对因艾致孤孤儿上学实现一切费用全免，在本县就读高中和职业中专实行加分政策，对考入大学的因艾致孤孤儿实行财政救助，"阳光家园"配有专职教师从事教学。三是就业上优先。凡符合就业条件的艾滋孤儿，县里统一帮助在县营企业或县民营企业寻求岗位。由于该县关注因艾致孤计划生育家庭子女的成长，全县148名因艾致孤计划生育家庭子女个个生活幸福健康成长。（ 李治国 王海龙 肖宏伟）
