卫生部部长陈竺在广西南宁调研艾滋病防治工作
1月22日，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会副主任、卫生部部长陈竺一行在自治区副主席李康和南宁市副市长李国忠陪同下对广西自治区艾滋病防治工作开展情况进行了调研。
陈竺一行听取了李康副主席关于广西卫生工作情况的汇报。汇报介绍了广西在积极推进医药卫生体制改革、城乡基层医疗卫生服务基础设施建设、促进公共卫生服务均等化，重大疾病的防控和妇幼保健等方面的工作情况。李康副主席还对广西艾滋病流行的严峻形势作了详细分析并希望国家加大支持力度。陈竺充分肯定了广西医改工作进展，指出艾滋病是一项重大挑战，目前我国艾滋病感染状况总体还处于低流行，但重点地区的防艾形势仍比较严峻，性传播已经占据主导地位，面对新形势应有新的应对措施，除积极落实现有的各项措施外，还要结合本地疫情特点和特色，探索艾滋病防治新模式，充分动员多部门和社会各界力量参与防治工作，并明确各部门肩负的责任，让政府和社会形成合力，共同为我国的艾滋病防治目标实现贡献力量；卫生部将继续在政策和技术上加大对广西自治区疾病预防控制工作支持力度。随后，陈竺一行来到广西自治区疾病预防控制中心考察，并到广西绿城彩虹活动中心了解南宁市男男性行为干预工作情况。行间，陈竺与工作人员亲切交流并对他们表示慰问和感谢。卫生部疾病预防控制局局长陈贤义，广西自治区卫生厅厅长李国坚陪同调研。
