柳州汇报传染病防治情况 艾滋病结核病成防控重点

广西新闻网柳州讯（记者方凤琪）截至今年2月底，柳州市累计艾滋病病毒感染者9838例，其中艾滋病病人3785例，死亡1952例。昨日，柳州市政府向市人大常委会执法检查组汇报了全市传染病防治工作情况。
柳州市卫生局局长黄健辉说，经过各有关部门、医务工作者的努力，柳州市法定传染病的年发率从2005年的605.07／10万下降到去年的412.36／10万。对人类健康危害较大的传染病得到了较好的控制，鼠疫、霍乱、非典、脊髓灰质炎、人禽流感、白喉、百日咳等传染病已多年未出现，麻疹、乙肝、甲肝、流脑、乙脑等可免性传染病的发病不断下降。
但是一些新出现的传染病以及部分原来已经得到有效控制的传染病发病率却在不断上升。去年全年报告艾滋病病人以及死亡病例均居全区第一位，去年新报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人1841例，居全区第三位。去年，全市（包括六县）新报告活动性肺结核病人3138人。仅这两类传染病就占全年法定报告传染病的1/3，传染病防控形势依然严峻。
