宁波艾滋病流行呈现3个趋势 当地人染病多为偶然检出

本报讯 浙江省宁波市艾滋病流行呈现3个趋势。在去年新增的187例艾滋病病例中，老年人口艾滋病阳性病例持续上升，占全部感染者的11.2％；男男性接触者的阳性病例检出数持续上升，去年新增37例；本地人口艾滋病病例明显增加，去年已占到新增病例总数的44.9％。
宁波市疾控中心近日公布的报告数据显示，在去年报告的新增艾滋病病例中，50岁以上的老年人口占11.2％。老年人口感染艾滋病以男性居多，在对感染者的流行病学调查中，七成多的老年男性承认有过高危性行为。调查同时显示，该市去年新增37个男男性接触者阳性病例。近年来，本地人口艾滋病病例明显增加，2007年占新增病例的34％，2008年占37％，2009年占到了44.9％。
在去年新增的187例病例中，排在前两位的样本来源为临床就诊与自愿咨询检测，分别占33.2％和19.3％。去年，宁波市有1万多人参加艾滋病自愿检测。令疾控中心工作人员痛惜的是，绝大多数本地人口病例是在术前、孕检等检查中被偶然发现的，而且大多数已是艾滋病病人。（陶毓敏）
