酒后乱性事后害怕疑患绝症一查再查

本报记者汪仕林 通讯员朱红 袁芹报道 “医生，我会感染艾滋病毒吗？”近日，一名患者来到福田区慢性病防治院皮肤性病门诊检查时，心里很焦急，因为一次酒后乱性，他怀疑自己染上了艾滋病毒，又怕传染给老婆和孩子，寝食难安。
王先生是个忠于妻子的模范丈夫。4个月前和朋友喝多了酒，醉梦中与一位酒楼女子发生了性关系。此后，他整日坐卧不安：一方面感到对不起妻子，另一方面担心自己感染了艾滋病毒。两个月前已验了血进行艾滋病毒检测，结果是阴性，即没有艾滋病毒感染。他听说艾滋病潜伏期很长，担心自己有朝一日患了艾滋病，他甚至担心夫人和儿子也会被他染上ＨＩＶ。
最终是福田区慢性病防治院皮肤性病专家帮他解开了这个心结。据专家介绍，艾滋病毒感染分为“窗口期”和“潜伏期”。“窗口期”是指从人体感染艾滋病毒后到外周血液中能够检测出病毒抗体的这段时间，一般为2周～3个月。在这段时间内，血液中检测不到病毒抗体，但是人体具有传染性。只有等到“窗口期”过后，血液中才会有足够数量的艾滋病毒抗体可以检测出来。对近期具有高危行为的人，一次化验结果阴性还不能排除感染。如果高危行为3个月后再检查仍为阴性，基本可以排除艾滋病毒感染的可能。
一般人体感染ＨＩＶ后须经过0．5～20年，平均7～10年的时间才能发展为艾滋病人，这段时间称为潜伏期。处于潜伏期的ＨＩＶ感染者的血液、精液、阴道分泌物、乳汁、脏器中含ＨＩＶ，是含有传染性的。因此，如果过了窗口期检测不到ＨＩＶ，可以肯定他将来不会因为这次高危行为成为艾滋病人。在医生的告诫下，王先生又抽血复查了ＨＩＶ抗体，结果还是阴性。当他知道自己肯定不会感染艾滋病，更不必担心家人会受到感染时，终于放下了思想包袱，露出了久违的笑容，表示以后再也不敢乱来了。
