By invitation of CCG, CCG has the great honor to invite Chinese returnees to publish their esteemed career in our English edition book which will be published first time internationally: Entrepreneurial and Business Elites of China : The Chinese Returnees Who Have Shaped Modern China . （中国当代海归创业及商界精英）The book will be published by well known international publishing house  Emerald Group Publishing throughout the world.

 

Since 1978, thousands of students have gone abroad each year to acquire advanced knowledge and skills, and those returned to China have already had a profound impact on the unprecedented transformation of the PRC over the past thirty years.

 

The book is intended to introduce those renowned Chinese returnees to the whole world. It will provide up-to-date and comprehensive coverage of top overseas returnees who have made noteworthy contributions to the Chinese economy since the reform era began. For the purpose of this book, a returnee is defined as a Chinese native who was born in China, left to study overseas as a student, visiting scholar or guest researcher for over one year, and who has returned to China to work on a permanent or long-term basis.This research guide will focus exclusively on those entrepreneurial and business elites of new China.

This book is scheduled to be published by the Emerald Group Publishing in 2011-12, edited by Wenxian Zhang, Huiyao Wang (王辉耀） and Ilan Alon.
