护士长梁燕红以高尚的职业操守成为病人心中的亲人

    今年是黄圃人民医院内科护士长梁燕红从事护理工作的第28个年头。自1991年上任内科护士长以来,她由一名资历浅、年纪轻的护士长转 变为兼具临床业务和管理能力的老护士长。在病人的眼中,她是一位不厌其烦地 回答琐碎问题、千方百计满足各种需求、耐心周到完成护理工作的白衣天使。2007年,她被评为 黄圃镇“三八”红旗手,2008年被评为 卫生系统优秀护士和市卫生系统医德医风先进个人。

    大年初八下午,是梁燕红在春节期间的一个短暂假期。儿子马上准备回校了,她赶着回家亲手为他做一顿晚饭,弥补节日不能陪伴家人共享天伦的遗憾。究竟在医院度过了多少个除夕夜,梁燕红自己也记不清了。45岁的她,只记得从事这份工作以来,大部分除夕都在医院度过。当新年钟声敲响,人们与家人一起欢度春节,沉浸于节日喜庆氛围的时候,她正穿梭于各病房巡查。当记者提及这些时,她说,"节假日上班,我们护士早已习惯了。"


一叠利是封饱含谢意

    "护士长,今天还上班没有休息?"在内科各病房,不少病人及病人家属见到梁燕红都主动打招呼。梁燕红熟络地叫出病人的名字,耐心回答家属的咨询,几句话就解除了对方的疑惑,整个病房区在她的管理安排下井井有条。

    今天春节,梁燕红与往年一样,收到很特殊的礼物--一叠厚厚的利是封。礼物送到梁燕红手中的时候,还是一个个沉甸甸的红包,梁燕红把红包的"内容"取出归还给病人家属,只收下了颜色鲜艳的利是封。"只收下利是封,就是跟他们说,心意我领了。病人给我送红包,说明我服务获得了认可,心里非常高兴。"梁燕红说。
    每逢过年过节或者病人康复出院的时候,梁燕红都会收到不少红包,梁燕红总是把里面的钱拿出来,当面退还给病人或家属,只留下利是封。摆在案头的一叠厚厚的利是封,饱含着病人及家属对梁燕红的浓浓谢意。
与艾滋病人的"亲密接触"
    28年的护理生涯中,除却脏和累等护理工作最显著的特点外,梁燕红还遭遇了与艾滋病患者"亲密接触"的危险。
    黄圃人民医院的内科是大内科,包括内科、传染科及ICU。去年,内科收治了一名艾滋病患者。起初,不仅病人心理有抵触情绪,所有医护人员也如临大敌,生怕出现什么纰漏。这种紧张的氛围被梁燕红打破了。当所有的人都不敢接近病人时,梁燕红一次又一次地尝试与他接触,她的一个微笑,一个关切的眼神,一个细微的动作,打消了病人所有的顾虑,同时也消除了医者与患者之间的隔膜。两次护理艾滋病患者的经历,内科的护士们不仅增加了艾滋病护理的业务知识,也从梁燕红身上学习到与病人沟通交流的经验。
    "当时心里真害怕,防护措施、护理手则虽然可以减低感染风险,但我担心艾滋病患者由于情绪不稳而做出伤害自己、伤害别人的行为。"在梁燕红的记忆中,医生、护士与患者之间,由于沟通不畅造成误会,导致延误治疗的例子不在少数。
    几年前,从其他医院转来黄圃人民医院的一名病人,由梁燕红负责护理。病人整天叫喊着:"快要死了,我活不了几天了。"不仅不肯配合治疗,还对帮助她的医生、护士恶言相向。梁燕红借助打针、换药的机会与病人聊天,慢慢摸清了病人的心思。"不知道是因为上一任医生没有解释清楚,还是家属的转述有误,病人根据一些病症胡乱猜测,以为自己得了食道癌,将不久于人世。其实,病人患的是肾病,只要坚持定期洗肾就没事。"梁燕红说,经过耐心劝解,特别是对病人病情的详细分析,她获得了病人信任,病人的抵触情绪慢慢消失,乖乖接受治疗。"3年多了,那位病人至今仍健在,经常到医院洗肾。有时在病房走廊遇到,隔着很远,她就大声地和我打招呼。"
病人眼中:亲切如"邻家大姐"的护士长
    梁燕红的语速很快,却总能一下子抓住病人的兴趣点,吸引他们与自己聊天。"护士长有时上班时间特别早,因为她要赶到病房为那些没有亲人陪同的病人买早餐。"一位中年女病人告诉记者,只要是病人提出的要求,护士长都会想尽办法满足,态度亲切就像一位"邻家大姐"。
    今年春节期间的一天中午,一位患血管瘤的病人突然吐血,地板上的鲜血令同房其他病人触目惊心。当时医院的护工已经下班,距离他们上班还有一个多小时。看到这种情形,梁燕红默默地拿起拖把,迅速把病房打扫干净。有些病人家属敬佩地说:"护士长还肯干这种活,真难得。"梁燕红的回答很实在:"如果说护士长不方便做打扫的工作,那么病人、病人家属就适合吗?那么多鲜血在病房里,如果不打扫既影响卫生,又影响病人情绪。作为护士,只要是病人需要的,都应该尽力去做。"
    梁燕红这位完全没有架子的护士长,常常利用休息时间帮病人跑腿。甚至帮病人排队买饭、带东西等琐碎小事她也从不推辞。梁燕红说:"他们(病人)没有陪护人员,整天待在病房内很孤独,需要关怀。只要是我能满足的要求,我都会尽量满足。"


同事眼中:人称"魔鬼"护士长


    在黄圃人民医院,梁燕红有一个外号,人称"魔鬼"护士长。梁燕红手下14位护士,对梁燕红有一种敬畏感。梁燕红对病人无微不至的关怀以及对护理事业的奉献精神,令她们敬佩。
    "她们经常向我求情,说'就差几分了,算我及格吧。'每次我都说不行。"梁燕红表示,每月一次考核要求护士提升自己的护理业务水平,她不允许有人蒙混过关。所以,每次考核只要是由梁燕红把关,护士们都会提早熟习操作与理论,"魔鬼"护士长的名声由此而来。
    "医院内部人员交流的时候,内科护士都是抢手货,每个科室都喜欢用。这就是梁护士长调教有方的成果。"许红云告诉记者,梁燕红的业务水平出众,经她严格培训出来的护士个个是精英。正是因为她的严厉造成的紧迫感,迫使护士更好、更快、更准确地掌握护理操作及理论。"不懂,去看看书架上某本书某章节的内容。"这是梁燕红在护理室里的口头禅。满满一书架的书,大部分护理本科及重症监护的书籍都是梁燕红自己花钱买回来的,用于培训新人。

    记者:听说你和不少病人的感情很好,许多护士想向你学习与病人的沟通交流的方法,能传授一下吗?
    梁燕红:可能是我在医院做得久,老病号都认得我吧。(笑)主要讲些与病人病情有关的护理知识,谈话最好用轻松、幽默的方式进行。护理知识、饮食注意事项与病人的康复息息相关,病人自然有兴趣和你聊。另外,轻松、幽默的谈话方式可以帮助病人摆脱紧张的情绪。比如看到一个老病号来医院治疗,我会开玩笑地说:"又入厂(医院)啦,这次哪个零件坏啦?"
    记者:从业28年,有什么开心和难过的经历?
    梁燕红:最近护理了一位80多岁的老人,他由于骨折住院,卧床3个多月。经过我们的护理,他身上完全没有长褥疮,并且顺利康复出院。看到曾经身体虚弱的老人康复,可以与儿孙一起享受天伦之乐时,心里有说不出的高兴。
    最难过的时候是手下的护士被病人投诉。无论谁对谁错,我作为管理者都必须陪同护士到病房了解情况。为了避免这种情况发生,我经常给护士们"打预防针":做护士的确很辛苦,但既然选择了,就要竭尽全力把分内的工作完成好。
