艾滋无有效治疗药物 应以预防为主

凤凰卫视12月1日《健康新概念》节目播出“对抗艾滋 预防为主”，以下为文字实录：
杨爽：欢迎大家走进《健康新概念》。自1981年在美国首先发现艾滋病以来，艾滋病已经在全世界蔓延。虽然人类与艾滋病的斗争，已经进行了20多年，但到目前为止，仍然没有发明出有效的疫苗和治愈这个病的方法，所以避免病毒的传播和预防就成了人类对抗它的首要任务。
感染HIV的人就是艾滋病唯一的传染源，这其中包括了艾滋病患者和无症状的HIV感染者，而艾滋病的传播途径主要是有三个，一个是性传播，血液传播和母婴传播。我们都知道与艾滋病带菌者发生了不安全的性行为，无论是同性、异性还是两性之间的性接触，都会导致艾滋病的传播。
另外血液传播也是感染最直接的途径，输入被病毒感染的血液，或者是使用了被血液污染，而又没有经过严格消毒的注射器、针灸针、拔牙工具都是十分危险的事。如果与艾滋病的病毒感染者共享牙刷或者是剃须刀，也有可能造成艾滋病感染。
还有如果母亲是艾滋病的感染者，那么她很可能会在怀孕、分娩、母乳喂养这三种情况下，传染艾滋病给小孩。这些虽然都是我们常听的、常见的，但是要真正引起重视，才能够从根本上杜绝艾滋病对我们生命的威胁。
艾滋病是一种严重危害人类生命的传染病，目前还没有特别有效的治疗方法，除了严控病毒传播，还有一些食物是可以帮助我们消灭体内的艾滋病病毒。
比如说黄豆，黄豆当中含有丰富的蛋白质，还含有丰富的硒，硒就能够提高人体的抗病能力。另外黄豆当中的大豆皂苷，能够对艾滋病毒有抑制作用，病毒即使进入了体内，也难以生长繁殖。还有就是苦瓜了，苦瓜当中有一种苦瓜蛋白，对于进入人体内的艾滋病病毒，有强烈的抑制作用，美国的科学家们曾经让50例艾滋病患者大量地食用苦瓜，或者是口含苦瓜汁，也取得了一个非常好的治疗效果。
最后要告诉大家的是鹅血，鹅血当中是含有大量的免疫球蛋白，能够增强人体的免疫功能，升高血液当中的白细胞，促进淋巴细胞的吞噬功能，对于艾滋病病毒有较强的抵抗作用。
解说：黄瓜中含有胡萝卜素C，能增强人体免疫功能，具有抗病毒，抗癌作用。
海带中有硫酸酯，能够保护人体免疫系统的细胞不受艾滋病病毒的侵犯，从而预防艾滋病。
