中国网北京12月10日讯 卫生部规划财务司司长李斌在今日的卫生部例行发布会上表示，我国重大疾病预防控制工作取得明显成效，妇女儿童健康得到有效保护。截至2009年底，全国累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人326,163例。2009年新涂阳肺结核患者发现率达77%以上、治愈率为92%。
据了解，“十一五”期间，疾病预防控制体系不断完善，疾病预防控制能力大幅提升，未发生重大传染病大规模流行。截至2009年底，全国累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人326,163例。2006-2009年，全国共发现活动性肺结核患者396万例；2009年新涂阳肺结核患者发现率达77%以上、治愈率为92%，均达到“十一五”规划目标。全人群乙肝表面抗原携带率和5岁以下儿童乙肝表面抗原携带率基本达到“十一五”规划目标。全国所有血吸虫病流行县均达到疫情控制标准，疫情降至历史最低水平。
李斌介绍，逐步解决影响妇女儿童健康的重点问题，妇女儿童健康水平不断提高。2009年农村孕产妇住院分娩率提高到94.73%，2008年5岁以下儿童中重度营养不良患病率比2000年下降37.9%，均提前实现“十一五”规划目标。
开展全民健康教育活动，倡导健康、文明的生活方式和卫生习惯。积极履行《烟草控制框架公约》，促进公共场所全面禁烟。（张艳玲）
