　　“最近有过高危行为没有啊？”“哦，好像没有。不过您指的高危行为是？”……这是11月29日上午，在市疾控中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测室里，工作人员与一位前来检测的男青年的对话。男青年有些语无伦次，还一口口地猛喝着矿泉水，似乎在缓解紧张情绪。艾滋病感染者是如何被检测出来的？被检测者会有什么样的反应？工作人员身上，又有哪些不为人知的故事……在12月1日第23个“世界艾滋病日”来临之际，记者来到市疾控中心进行了探访。

　　咨询 不需要出示身份证

　　岛城艾滋病自愿咨询检测室在市及各区市疾控中心和相关医院都有。其中，市疾控中心的检测室位于一楼。

　　检测者进入检测室后，医生会拿出一张《健康调查知情同意书》，让对方认真阅读并签字，这份同意书会告诉检测者在这里能享受到什么样的免费服务，以及整个过程都会为其严格保密等信息。

　　签过字后，医生便会向检测者咨询有关信息，比如有无不洁性行为等。交流期间，双方的声音都很低，即使房间门开着，站在门口也听不清他们在说什么。

　　值得一提的是，同样是为了保护检测者的隐私，医生在检测前，不会要求对方出示任何证件，包括身份证。检测者可以自己在本子上登记名字，这个名字可以是真的，也可以是虚构的。现实中，不少人登记的是假名。当然，他们登记的电话号码一般是真的，因为这牵扯到后续一些服务等事宜。

　　在咨询环节，医生还会对检测者进行心理疏导，比如告诉对方，做好检测结果是阳性的思想准备，国家会免费提供治疗药物等。

　　抽血 医生不敢留长指甲

　　咨询结束后，医生就要开始给检测者抽血了。“这个过程一般要抽2毫升的静脉血。”徐岐山大夫介绍说，由于前面做过一定的心理疏导，所以大部分人在抽血时不会出现异常反应。

　　据介绍，在抽血环节，对前来的检测者没有过多的要求，甚至不需要空腹。不过，对医生而言，这是个高危环节，因为医生在给检测者抽血的过程中，面临着血液感染的危险(艾滋病传播途径有三个：性传播、血液传播和母婴传播)。假如医生手上出现了伤口，其抽血的对象是艾滋病感染者，而且对方的血又溅到了医生伤口上的话，那医生就很容易感染艾滋病。

　　所以，抽血的医生要采取严格的自我防护措施。“只要开始抽血了，我肯定是要戴上皮手套的。”徐大夫表示，特殊的工作决定了他们必须采取特殊的防护。另外，为了防止手套被自己指甲划破，他们不敢留长指甲。

　　检测 病毒样本要锁起来

　　“要那么长的时间啊？”29日上午，一位刚抽完血的男青年听说次日才能拿到检测报告时，有些惊讶地说。

　　检测结果出来后，不管是阳性还是阴性，工作人员都将为每份样本出示一份正规的检测报告。该报告将交给检测者本人。

　　通知 必须本人到场才说

　　一天的等待时间对检测者而言，无疑是一种痛苦的煎熬。因为他们非常渴望第一时间知道自己到底有没有感染艾滋病。考虑到检测者得知结果后会出现两种对比明显的反应，所以疾控中心在通知对方时，也采取了一些策略。

　　“为了保护检测者的隐私，我们从来不在电话里通知。”市疾控中心性病艾滋病预防控制科主任姜珍霞说，所有检测报告都将被送到她所在的科室，“我们要负责将结果通知检测者本人。”

　　据介绍，每一次，必须等检测者本人过来后，才会向其宣布结果。这个过程也是“一对一”的。如果检测结果是阳性的，工作人员会将对方请到一个单独的房间里。在这个单独的房间内，除了宣布结果外，工作人员要做的更多工作是心理疏导。因为一旦听到自己感染艾滋病毒的结果，很多人的心理防线会马上崩溃，有的则不敢相信这个检测结果，要求工作人员复检一次，“有时为了安慰对方，我们真会再为其检测一次。”

　　首例感染者曾被关进小黑屋

　　艾滋病病毒是1981年发现，并于次年传入中国的。而其首次出现在岛城是1992年。当时，姜珍霞刚参加工作不久 ，她是岛城第一例艾滋病感染者的见证者。因为，当年她也参与了相关检测工作。不过，回忆起岛城第一例艾滋病感染者的检测过程 ，姜主任流露出来的，更多是愧疚和遗憾。

　　原来，1992年前，岛城没有发现艾滋病，这也导致市疾控部门没有应对艾滋病的经验。所以，当时检测出第一例之后，从上到下，大家都表现出了恐慌的情绪。其中一个很有代表性的事实是，当时检测结果确认后，疾控部门第一时间把那位艾滋病感染者关进了一个小黑屋，“好像是关了一天，就关在原先疾控中心所在的龙山路一个建筑内。后来那位感染者实在受不了，就自己想办法打开门跑回家了。”

　　不仅如此，当时疾控部门还通知了那位感染者所在的单位，导致他被单位辞退了。当时青岛媒体详细的报道，也伤害了那位感染者。“好在对方还比较通情达理，没有怨恨我们，还跟我们成为了好朋友。”姜主任透露，岛城首例艾滋病感染者现在生活得比较惬意。

　　我国6.8万人死于艾滋病

　　疫情呈现3个特点

　　卫生部11月29日通报我国艾滋病疫情及防治工作情况时指出，截至2010年10月底，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人37万余例，其中病人13万余例，死亡6.8万余例。

　　2009年，卫生部和联合国艾滋病规划署、世界卫生组织联合评估结果表明：截至2009年底，我国现存活艾滋病病毒感染者和病人约有74万人 ，其中病人约10.5万人；2009年新发感染者约4.8万人，因艾滋病相关死亡约2.6万人。

　　卫生部通报显示，近两年，随着社会经济的发展和艾滋病防治工作的不断深入，艾滋病疫情出现了一些新的情况，呈现三个特点：

　　一是艾滋病疫情持续上升，上升幅度有所减缓。近几年，感染者和病人越来越多，治疗后病人的病死率显著降低，我国累计和存活的感染者与病人数量将在一段时间内持续上升。

　　二是性传播已成为主要传播途径，男性同性性传播上升速度明显。男性同性性传播所占比例从2008年的5.9%上升到2009年的8.6%。

　　三是局部地区和特定人群疫情严重。云南、广西、河南、四川、新疆和广东6省区累计报告感染者和病人数占全国报告总数的77.1%。

　　全球艾滋病流行势头得到遏制

　　而今，世界上尚没有能彻底治愈艾滋病的药物，所以一旦感染上，就意味着将终身与其相伴。也正因为如此，不少人会“谈艾色变”。对于前去检查或者已经确认感染艾滋病病毒的人来说，恐惧自然成了贯穿整个检测过程的一根神经线。

　　走进检测室后猛喝水

　　29日上午，记者在检测室内看到，一位提着矿泉水瓶的男青年进门后，就不断地喝水。原来，他是在借喝水消除一下恐慌。在回答医生的问题时，他也有些语无伦次，比如刚开始医生问他有没有高危行为，他说“好像没有”，可刚说完就问什么是高危行为。

　　见到警察扑通跪下了

　　本来，前来检测艾滋病的群体的心理防线就比较脆弱，这个时候，如果再突然出现他们不想看到的人或情景，那势必会加剧其心中的恐惧感。今年上半年，市疾控中心内就出现了这样一位检测者。当时，这位检测者正在等候检测，可突然一位警察出现在面前(因工作需要，警察有时需带犯罪嫌疑人来做艾滋病检测)，结果他扑通一下给警察跪下了。

　　警察当时就愣了，以为自己漏带了人，可仔细一看，这不是他带来的人。后经了解得知，那位检测者有过前科，所以一见到警察就有心理阴影。外在的恐惧再加上检测艾滋病的恐惧，最终压垮了他。

　　工资没要跑来做检测

　　虽然一些人检测结果是阴性，但经历这么一次检测过程，也往往惊出一身冷汗，表示以后一定会注意安全。从农村老家来，在岛城从事保姆工作的一位女士就被吓得不轻。原来，有一天，她在雇主家里，不小心用了雇主的牙刷刷牙，结果雇主知道后勃然大怒。

　　起初她感到不解：不就是用你个牙刷吗？至于这么生气吗？后来她通过某种渠道得知雇主夫妇都有艾滋病，而一旦用其牙刷刷牙出现牙龈出血时，那也有可能感染。所以吓得她赶紧离开了，走的时候，她不仅没打招呼，也没要工资。幸亏，她到疾控中心检测发现自己没事。

　　哭着呆一天也不离开

　　除了以上事例外，检测者还会出现许多恐惧情形。姜主任说，最常见的就是在得知感染艾滋病的结果后，在单独约见室内哭，有的人经过劝导，哭一会儿就能恢复正常，但有的人则会哭很长时间，最长有在这里哭一天的，“我们看着也很伤感，真觉得他们挺可怜的。”姜主任说，“不过天下没有卖后悔药的，遇到这样的事，最后只能去面对。”

　　在等待结果的时间里，一些人更是心急如焚，极端的表现就是狂打电话 ，“有个人一天打来20多个电话。”

　　当然，还有更异常的例子，姜主任说：“有个人总担心我们给他抽血用的针管不是一次性的，所以每次来都自带针管、棉棒和消毒酒精。出于尊重对方的考虑，我们在检查后还是用了他带来的物品。”

　　现象

　　一上午十余人检测艾滋病

　　姜主任说，岛城出现首例艾滋病感染者，并且感染者数量逐渐增加后，起初她也是生活在恐惧之中，半夜常做噩梦。

　　“说实在的，一点儿没有担心是不可能的。”姜主任说，后来她反复开导自己：你就是做艾滋病预防控制工作的，假如你都害怕，那社会上其他人岂不更害怕；假如你都歧视艾滋病群体，那其他人不更加歧视吗？再加上时间慢慢推移，姜主任渐渐找回了自信。如今，姜主任天天跟艾滋病群体打交道，但她已经习以为常。她还和不少艾滋病感染者成为了好朋友，定期参加他们的聚会，艾滋病感染者也把她当成了好朋友。

　　“要是我们不去关爱他们，那还有谁去关爱他们呢？”姜主任说，无论是谁，都不应该歧视艾滋病群体，都要去关爱他们、支持他们。

　　防艾志愿者

　　与打工者谈“性”的女大学生

　　今年12月1日是第23个世界艾滋病日。岛城有这样一批志愿者，他们把“防艾”当成自己生活的一部分。魏艳，一个21岁的江苏女孩儿，现在是青岛大学社工专业的大三学生。今年6月，她和岛城另外三名大学生一起入选玛丽斯特普国际组织“青年先锋”培养计划，以一名志愿者的身份致力于流动人口的“防艾”宣传工作。
