活动组织者佩戴红丝带

活动组织者的胸前都别有一个红丝带形状的中国结。这种别具中国特色的“红丝带”标志精致小巧，十分美观。结束后，佩戴者可以将红丝带拿回家作为纪念品。海河之星工作组负责人李虎介绍说，这些中国结“红丝带”是国内一家公益组织赞助的，“红丝带每个2.5元，是他们出资请人编织的，既给一些无业人员和家庭主妇提供了就业岗位，又为防治艾滋病公益事业做了实事。”
签字很踊跃一小时百人

学生刘丞献出真诚拥抱

“新鲜的活儿都是我干”
专访河北区疾控中心性病艾滋病防治科科长边忠伟
在艾滋病友眼中，他是“政府官员”，是代表政府来和病友们接触的。在不知情者眼中，他和艾滋病友是“一伙的”，经常和他们一起出入，甚至一同吃饭聊天。这个人，是本市河北区疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科科长边忠伟，虽然他从事防病工作经年日久，但专职从事艾滋病防治工作只有5个年头。昨天，红桥区西沽公园门前，边忠伟接受了本报专访。
与“男同”做朋友……
边忠伟说，1990年前后，他就干过防疫工作，当时主要的防控目标是性病，在当时很多人都感觉稀罕。大概是在2005年，领导让他干艾滋病防治时，他说：“行啊，反正新鲜的活儿都是我干。”
“当时对艾滋病感染者的防控体系还很健全，感染者基本处于地下状态。我第一个要做的就是找到他们。”于是，年过五旬的边忠伟愣是把自己变成了网民，天天在网上搜索，终于发现了本市有一家“男男（同性恋）”组织，其倡导人在红桥区。为了不犯地域方面的忌讳，边忠伟给红桥区卫生防病站相关负责人打了个电话，对方痛快地答应他来红桥区寻访，并且随同前往。
“说实话，最初接触‘男同’，我也有点嘀咕，毕竟他们和一般人的性取向不同。”第二次，边忠伟是带着科里的一个女同事去的。第三次，那个组织的负责人称，因为家里有事脱不开，约他们到家里来。“一进他家，特别整洁不说，还装饰得很有品位，让人感受到了家中主人的修养。”从那时起，边忠伟便从心理上接受了这个群体，并开始和他们做朋友。
用诚恳打动“老板”……
艾滋病的另一个高危人群是从事性工作的女性，这个群体也是边忠伟工作的重点。“开展这部分工作也很艰难。”边忠伟说，“开始，我直接上门。人家一句话，我们这是守法经营，就把我给轰出来了。我不死心，再想办法。”最终，边忠伟通过朋友找到一位“老板”，诚恳地说：“虽然卖淫嫖娼是违法行为，但我必须坚持我的卫生防病工作。”边忠伟的诚恳见效了。一来二去，“老板”们都接纳了他，让他开展工作。
据边忠伟介绍，目前，80%的从事性工作的女性会自觉使用安全套，也就是说，经过宣传，她们的自我保护意识有所增强。但是少数从事性工作的女性在利益面前会放弃原则，而艾滋病也会乘虚而入。“一次挣的钱是不少，可如果染上艾滋病，就不是千八百能治好的问题了。”
