北京市艾滋病病毒感染者中青年学生比例上升 广西工商系统积极参与世界艾滋病日宣传

中新社北京11月25日电 (记者 杜燕) 目前，北京市艾滋病病毒感染者及病人中60岁以上老年人和青年学生所占比例上升。同时，在北京市多家医院接受免费抗病毒治疗服务的人员中，近半是长期在京务工的外地人员。
这是北京市卫生局副局长毛羽25日透露的。他称，目前北京市的艾滋病疫情整体处于低流行水平，部分高危人群呈现集中流行态势。不过，近年来，北京市报告的艾滋病病毒感染者及病人中60岁以上老年人及青年学生所占比例有所上升，艾滋病的传播有从高危人群向一般人群扩散的趋势。
他表示，截至今年9月，北京市已在16个区县建立了61家艾滋病免费咨询检测门诊，比去年增加了19家门诊。
同时，艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗工作继2009年在京启动后，截止今年9月底，北京地坛医院、北京佑安医院、协和医院等累计为1127名艾滋病病人提供免费抗病毒治疗服务，目前正在治疗人数1028人。累计治疗人员中，近50%为长期在京务工的外地人员。
他还表示，北京市建立了艾滋病监测检测体系，今年1-9月，全部哨点共监测各类人员HIV抗体35953人份，监测量比去年同期增加了78.22%，共检出并报告艾滋病感染者和艾滋病病人148人，阳性检出率为0.41%。
毛羽透露，在北京，性传播已成为艾滋病传播的首要途径，血液传播和母婴传播也是主要传播途径，尤其共用注射器吸毒成了传播艾滋病的重要途径。他建议人们洁身自爱，拒绝毒品、避免不必要的输血和注射。同时，感染艾滋病病毒的孕妇应及时到正规的医疗单位进行母婴阻断治疗，防止胎儿、婴儿感染艾滋病。
北京市自1985年报告中国内地首例艾滋病病例以来，截至今年年中，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者及病人超过7600例，其中外省市户籍者超过74%。

自治区工商局要求各级工商机关围绕“遏制艾滋，履行承诺”主题认真积极开展预防艾滋病宣传活动.要围绕世界艾滋病日的宣传主题，举办防艾知识讲座、拉横幅、出版报、开专栏、张贴宣传海报，充分利用报纸、杂志、广播、电视、网络等媒体，推动预防艾滋病公益广告，认真积极开展预防艾滋病宣传活动。各级工商机关在开展宣传活动中，要注意方式方法，做好与当地卫生防疫部门的沟通交流，争取获得技术支持。同时，要动员、鼓励和支持企业开展预防艾滋病的宣传教育活动。
