怀孕7个月 发现感染HIV
今年元月结婚的小王，二三月份就得到了好消息：妻子怀孕了。小王老家在秦岭山里，是家中老大，家人十分看重即将出生的小宝贝。
妻子怀孕5个月时，小王陪着她去医院做孕检。医生发现小王妻子的血液有些问题，但不能确定是哪种疾病。小王听到这个消息，带着妻子四处检查，最终在老家被查出可能感染了艾滋病。
“我不相信是真的，决定再到西安检查。”小王说，9月份他们来到唐都医院检查，发现妻子HIV检测呈阳性，全家人一下蒙了。医生建议进行引产。“医生是为孩子着想，担心孩子也被感染。”小王说，但妻子怀孕已7个月，引产会有生命危险，全家最终决定保住孩子。但大家的心都悬着，不知道孩子能否健康。为降低传染给婴儿的几率，医生进行了母婴阻断药物治疗。
手术难度大医生穿三层工作服
昨日凌晨，在怀孕39周后，小王的妻子被推进唐都医院手术室，剖腹产下2860克重的女婴。
昨日上午，记者在医院见到小王全家。孩子顺利出生，一家人都很高兴，但还是担心孩子的健康。“我也被确诊HIV检测呈阳性，真不希望孩子也是，那样全家压力太大了。”小王说。
唐都医院妇产科副主任杨华光说，从2006年至今，他们医院已接治了8例这类患者。给此类病人做手术，最大的挑战是医护人员的自我保护。医生穿了三层工作服，口罩也套了三层，还要戴上厚实的眼罩。手术中使用的是一次性器械，钳子等金属器械需要特殊处理。

为何要剖腹产而不选择顺产
为何要为产妇实施剖腹产手术？杨华光解释，在孕妇顺产过程中，婴儿容易受到挤压，一旦出血就有可能进入婴儿的鼻口等器官，加大婴儿感染艾滋病病毒的几率，而手术就可以避免类似情况的发生。杨华光说，在母体传播艾滋病病毒的不同阶段，胎儿的感染几率及预防措施也不相同。通过母体传播感染艾滋病病毒给婴儿的几率有40%。但如果采取预防措施，这个几率就会大为降低。小王女儿的HIV检测是否呈阳性，要等孩子长到18个月后才能确诊。
防母婴感染三个阶段很重要
胎儿感染艾滋病病毒，主要有三个阶段：第一个阶段是怀孕阶段，若孕妇在孕前期就采取相关治疗，那么会大大降低病毒传播几率，婴儿感染的可能性只有5%~10%。第二阶段是生产过程中，若产妇采用剖腹产手术，则婴儿感染率为10%~15%。第三个阶段是哺乳阶段，可选用配方奶粉喂养，绝对不能以母乳喂养。这三个阶段是预防艾滋病病毒通过母体传播的主要时间，也是预防效果最好的时间。
