广西防艾应对研讨会召开　A2项目助推艾滋病防治

8月26日，记者在广西防治艾滋病应对策略高层研讨会上获悉，由美国家庭健康国际、中美艾滋病政策项目以及自治区防治艾滋病办公室合作开展的艾滋病疫情流行病学和资源需求综合分析与倡导项目（简称A2项目），经过3年的实施已取得一系列研究成果，并形成技术报告。该项目的研究成果不仅对广西艾滋病防治决策工作起到指导作用，并将进一步提高广西艾滋病防治工作的针对性，使防治资源配置更趋合理。

2006年，自治区防治艾滋病办公室开始引进A2项目，该项目旨在应用目前亚洲最先进的研究方法——艾滋病流行模型和目标模型对我区艾滋病的流行趋势及资源需求进行预测，以期将项目成果应用并指导我区艾滋病防治工作。

目前，该研究项目已收集到大量的艾滋病相关数据，形成了颇具参考和实用价值的技术报告。报告认为，推广使用安全套，提倡安全性行为，控制艾滋病经性行为传播是我区今后干预的重点。报告还提出，应加强对高危人群的干预，控制艾滋病从高危人群向一般人群传播，对于感染艾滋病病毒的孕产妇，应果断采用母婴传播阻断方式。

A2项目研究还预测了开展“广西艾滋病防治行动计划”的6个项目所需的财力配置，并与现有的财力配置进行了对比。（姚琳　韦啸）

     August 26, reporters in the fight against AIDS in Guangxi high-level seminar on coping strategies learned by the U.S. Family Health International, China-US AIDS policy projects as well as regional cooperation with the Office to Combat AIDS, the AIDS epidemic carried out a comprehensive analysis of epidemiological and resource requirements and advocacy project (referred to as A2 project), after three years of implementation of the results of a series of studies has been made, and the formation of technical reports. The project's results not only in Guangxi AIDS prevention play a guiding role in decision-making process, and will further enhance the targeted AIDS prevention in Guangxi, so that prevention and control the allocation of resources more reasonable.

     In 2006, the regional office of the fight against AIDS was first introduced A2 project, which aims to apply the most advanced in Asia research methods - the AIDS epidemic model and target model of the region's AIDS epidemic trends and to predict resource requirements with a view to application of project results and guide our region's AIDS prevention and control work.

     At present, the research project has collected a large number of AIDS-related data, forming a considerable reference and practical value of the technical reports. The report holds that promote the use of condoms to promote safe sex, and control of AIDS through sexual transmission is the focus of our region's future interventions. The report also proposed to strengthen the intervention of high-risk groups, the control of AIDS from high-risk groups to the general population for HIV-infected pregnant women, should be bold and use of mother to child transmission-blocking mode.

     A2 The study also predicted to carry out the project, "Plan of Action for AIDS prevention and control in Guangxi" in six financial resources required for the project configuration, and with the existing financial configuration for comparison. (Yao Lin Wei Xiao)
